Well sometimes I love my bl toxic with a big red flag... Seems like this is for me .. could see from the trailer…
The movie is so good and i’m really glad they decided to remake it. Now i’m hoping they remake Uncontrolled Love too since it’s written by the same author... it is also toxic.
The novel is amazing as well. A Round Trip to Love is easily in my top 2 Chinese BLs. You’ll probably end up hating both Xiao Chen and Lu Feng at some point, especially Lu Feng ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
so what's the difference between the public and membership episodes on youtube? they are exactly the same time
I think the two episodes were free and Episodes from episode 3 will be membership which people will pay for to watch. But if episode 3 is still free then i guess it would be the behind the scenes videos that will be in membership.
All I want to say is that i’m really glad they casted Ayden and Si Tong. They fit the characters so well already, and the chemistry, visuals, and overall vibe feel exactly right for Double Helix.
Hearing good things about the show. One question, how is the acting because I have seen little clips from reels…
Yi Chen doesn’t look stiff to me. He’s supposed to be an timid innocent guy who thought he was straight, then suddenly finds himself falling for another boy. His character is more quiet, confused, and emotionally restrained, so he naturally lets Lu Feng take the lead most of the time.
I’m not really sure what kind of expressions people expect from him because his acting fits the character well in my opinion. Also, compared to both novels; To My Shore and A Round Trip to Love, Lu Feng is honestly even worse and more toxic.
From the first trailer alone, it already looks like the story is going to get pretty dark, but i still don’t know exactly how far they’ll go with it yet.
Yes. Xiao Chen's mom got sick and died because of knowing he get together again with Lu Feng, and Xiao Chen promised…
He went crazy. At some point kidnapped Xiao Chen, drugged him and graped him. Yi Chen had a son with hi wife and Lu Feng still didn't give up on Xiao Chen.
Most Chinese yaoi novels have always been dark, messy, obsessive, tragic, and emotionally intense. That’s literally…
To be honest most fluff BL are boring to me. Cherry Magic (Japan) is one of the best if not the best soft BL ever.
It doesn’t have to be dark or toxic but it should be interesting and not only focusing on cuteness and comedy that is cringe AF... at least give us possessive, bad boy vibes, cheating etc. It makes the story real and compeling to watch.
It makes them the drama look so fake and unrealistic.
Kinda wish this was 30 episodes

Some people who haven't read the novel think the movie ending is the same with the novel but it is not.
I don't know why they bear the same name here
The first trailer of drama showed the kidnapping part.
