I started with Japanese BL and it took me sometime before i started enjoying Thai BL back in 2016. But i never said.... "Oh i am scared Thailand will take over Japan when it comes to BL"... LOL

Some Thai BL fans gave Revenged Love low ratings and also spoke badly about it, as well as Desire and Kill to Love, just because people were saying that Chinese BLs had better scripts and would likely take over the BL world if they kept releasing more series.

Now that Knot prelude came out, some people are acting like Chinese and Thai BLs are in competition. I’m honestly so tired of certain Thai BL fans who think any BL that isn’t from Thailand is automatically boring or not as good. This isn't a competition between countries.

Even though Boys Love originated from Japan you don't see some of us degrade a good Thai BL just because it isn't from Japan. But calling ABO Desire boring and not omegaverse just because it didn’t have constant NSFW scenes or because the pregnancy happened later in the story makes no sense.

This isn’t a competition. Some of us just enjoy good stories regardless of which country they come from.

Not everything has to revolve around NC scenes. I’m a hardcore BL lover, but sometimes the emotional development between the main characters matters more than the amount of explicit content.

WOW, it shows you are just new to the omegaverse world. I’ve been reading Omegaverse/mpreg novels since 2009, and honestly ABO desire delivered.

If you wanted nonstop NSFW, then you clearly missed the point. Omegaverse isn’t just about sex, it’s about instincts, tension, and story. Not every adaptation needs to turn into fanservice central.

For now Knot prelude gives off more BDSM vibes than Omegaverse and i can’t wait to see the teaser and trailer.

ABO Desire is a novel adapted into a series, yet you expect a pregnancy scene in the very first episode just because it’s Omegaverse — LOL. I’m not here to force anyone to like what i like, but calling the series boring is surprising. 1/2

Omega are ore submissive or nurturing, often emotional and sensitive; they experience heats and can sometimes become pregnant, depending on the story.

It’s like saying a Dom in a BDSM role is too controlling just because they dominate their sub, it’s part of the dynamic, not actual harm.
