Even though Ming dynasty is conservative, still the costumes can be colorful. I liked Blossom's, The Glory & Glory's costume.

I am also finding the costumes quite old fashioned. Personally I like Ming dynasty costumes but this drama didn't satisfy that aesthetic level.

I think first you should change your ugly personality. Saw you in offering fish page where you were going to force everyone to give a perfect 10 as you think it deserves nd you are bodyshaming an actress as you think she is ugly.

I haven't watched SOYP so can't judge that drama. I also hope he will get his own shining moment in this drama.

I liked his quiet role before referring to Bai Jue from ALP. But this MZY isnot that interesting in nature.

It feels intriguing for some times nd a little bit boring at other times.. TXW is really pretty here nd love her costumes. I am also finding Liu Tai Zhen very gorgeous.
But sadly even though I started watching it for XK, his character here is quite boring. It's difficult to shine as MZY. Hope his character can explore more.
