Awesome!
I actually came for Alex and Benny but found that I enjoyed the whole show. I still have the theme song in my playlist.

For those that want to know what version they should watch, see my spoiler...
Both versions are the same up to about the last 15 minutes. Both are happy endings and both versions they end up together.

BLANC - Much more innocent and BL friendly, an easy backstory of Sensei and how the two boys meet again.

NOIR - DARK and seriously FKED up, learn who Sensei really is... crazy.

So, watch BLANC if you want a nice, cute ending. Or NOIR if you wanna see how fked up Sensei and this story really is. hahaha

Or, watch NOIR like I did, then go back and watch the ending of BLANC, cause both endings are worth watching.

Title Mood Indigo Spoiler
yes and no. it's not a tragic end, nobody dies though.
Sad: They don't end up together.
Happy: They remain friends but end up with other people.

Mood Indigo is the story of how Rio got into the business of writing porn and how he met his old editor, and friend, Kido.

Mood Indigo is also the prequel of The Pornographer. So if you saw the latter, you'd see that Rio and Haru are together, not Rio and Kido. So it's still a happy ending.

Low budget? Ha! This was a great show! I loved it. Also, I figured that was the same actor from Mood Indigo.

I think the best part about this movie was the diverse cast and characters. The whole LGBTQ+ spectrum was shown here.
