Just finished it. It's good, not great, but good.Ive read many comments saying it's very slow. I disagree. Sure,…
The premise is that both were dating in highschool, but he disappeared. What happens is that he got into a car accident and had partial amnesia, forgetting anything related to her.
- A few years later, at the start of the show both meet and she is happy about it, but he doesnt remember her. - She tries to get close to him, but he is very cold (with everybody) and just avoids her. - He starts feeling something for her, but it distrats him from shooting, and asks her to stay away form him. She is very sad about this and runs away. This is episode 3. - At the same time that this happens, he seems to feel bad about it and begins to pursue her. - She is mad for a while, but not long. - In episode 7 they move in together, as a suggested way by their psychologists to treat their PTSD (both have one and it's related to the accident in the past). He has amnesia and some fears and she cant be touched by men. - In the next episodes they grow closer together. he starts pursuing her more and more boldly, with the help of some of his teammembers. She also likes him but feels intimidated by how perfect he is and has to work on that. - In episode 15 he publicly proposes, but then she avoids him for over an episode before accepting. This part is a bit annoying because she clearly likes him and somehow cdramas seem to love to drag the response even when it's clear. When she accepts is also a bit underwhelming, he just makes another speach, and hugs her... and they are together, she never says yes or I like you too or anything in this scene. Episode 16. - From this point on they are great together, support eachother madly, both show their love constantly, and dont break up. Theres a few episodes he avoids her because he feels bad about something he thinks he did in the past, but she follows and comforts him, so it's not a breakup. - In episode 23 the fist major problem happens. She is almost sexually assaulted, altho ML appears right in time. But they dont have proof and the offender is a known tv producer, so theres several problematic episodes. - In episode 26 it is fixed - In episode 32 the next major problem happens. A competition rival tells ML about his amnesia and shows some (ridiculous) proof about how he abandoned FL in the past. ML is terrified about having done that and runs away. FL never believes it's true that he abandoned her and follows him to comfort him. - In episode 35 she finds proof that he didnt abandon her and everything is fine again. - In episode 36 they go meet her parents. - End of episode 40 he proposes
There are no love triangles. At the very start you may thing theres another love interest for each of them, but no, they are the secondary couple.
Just finished it. It's good, not great, but good. Ive read many comments saying it's very slow. I disagree. Sure, 40 episodes is a lot. But I would say that about any romance with so many episodes. Actually, in this one it wasnt as bad as in others. For me, it's slow when it takes them ages to get together, and that's not the case in this one, so it didnt feel slow at all. Just too long, but like any show with this number of episodes.
The show is mainly lighthearted, with 2 major problems that arent as lighhearted, but just some episodes each. It's a pretty sweet show, with lots of "couple" moments . Very few kisses and anything besides leaning on eachother though.
The characters are mainly good, with a few annoying behaiviours. ML is too jealous. Not in a toxic way, they even try to present it as sweet, and she is never mad about it. But it is jealousy on another level, far far far too much. He is also too clingy. FL is mainly fine. Both leads show their love constantly, so if you, like me, like when both show the same amount of love for eachother, that part is great here.
About the second couple, sML is also fine. sFL is... hard to explain. She is at the same time amazing and annoying, She is cool, strong, lovely, straightforwards, and has a smile that brightens the room. But then in some moments she has mood swings that make her so annoying that sML should have sent her go fk herself. But outside of those mood swings, she was amazing.
All in all, a recommended watch if you like lovely romances. But it's not great, just good.
cdramas are known for great kisses? Really? First time I read this. Maybe you mean compared to kdramas? Because…
I cant accept the fact? Im just saying that asian kisses being bad is a topic often discussed. The only thing I said is a fact is that you cant deny it is something often talked about. You can like them as much as you want. But this conversation has been strange from the beginning, with tons of answers from your side talking about things I never mentioned before like chemistry or OTTPs and many things that had nothing to do with whayt I said. Either you just read half of my messages or you are such a fanatic you cant even discuss something about asian drmas being bad. And again, I love asian dramas.

Again you are talking about other things that what I say. I love the chemistry of many asian shows. Im not talking about chemistry, romance, acting, sweetness or anything other than the kisses. The kisses are often, not always, bad. They often are stiff, they stay quiet like statues while kissing, sometimes they dont even touch the other with their hads... who the hell kisses like that. Im not sure why every time you answer you keep bringing up other things about asian dramas that I love too. Im only talking about kisses. And it is not only an opinion, since I can read so many debates in a ton of asian shows of how bad the kisses are. Even the expression dead fish kiss is used in many asian shows. Just google dead fish kiss and you will get a ton of asian shows discussions as a result
Im deciding if I should watch it, but I read so many comments saying the plot at the end sucks, that they even…
My favourite shows are romances with good chemistry as soon as possible, and few missunderstandings and toxic people. For example I just finished My fated boy and loved it.

That's not what I was talking about. Ive only watched asian shows for the past 2 years. I love them. But that doesnt make their kisses good. And that doesnt mean there arent some good kisses. But when a show has good kisses, you see verybody commenting on it. That's because usually they are bad. Nopbody comments on western show kisses, because they are always good, or lets say, normal. I never even thought about how good or bad a kiss could be in a show before watching asian dramas, until I started seeing how awkards and even ridiculous some kisses could be.
I'll come back to this drama. I watched the first 3 minutes, then stopped. I immediately went to the last episode…
I havent watched this, but this comment makes no sense at alll. You could describe every show like this. "I watched the end, so knowing the end I could skip everything else."
I literally CANNOT fathom how this drama has a 7.9. This drama is INCREDIBLE. The acting from not only the leads,…
Im deciding if I should watch it, but I read so many comments saying the plot at the end sucks, that they even separate, and that's holding me back. You still think its worth it if I hate those stupid separations?
I kinda felt cheated with how limited the kiss scenes were in this drama after the FL gets over her trauma. It…
cdramas are known for great kisses? Really? First time I read this. Maybe you mean compared to kdramas? Because compared to european or american shows.... kisses are terrible (and I love asian romances)
Just finished it. I frikin loved it. I have watched over 100 asian romances and this is one of the best.If you…
- In the past, their parents were best friends and they almost lived together until he was 6 years old. After that, he still visited her often. He was in love with her at that time already. - In the present, he comes back after 4 years abroad. He came to this town only because she lives here. - Even tho she also cares for him (as a childhood friend only) at the start he tries to be so much with her that she gets annoyed. - Episode 6 he moves into her house because he doesnt have any other place (not really, he makes her think so) - In episode 8 she kisses him, but I wouldnt even count it. She is completly drunk and it's more like rubbing lips to get his lip color. Still, around here more or less she starts likeing him - End of episode 9 / start of 10 they really kiss. But after that she gets scared and starts avoiding him - In episode 12 he confesses but she rejects him. She loves him already at this point but she is worried about the age gap. - In episode 13 is the one where bad things happen. She kicks him out of her house, he starts ignoring her, another character confesses to her (she rejects him), she agrees to go to a date with another guy (she doesnt at the end) , and at the same time she agrees to go on blind dates the next day... She onky agrees because even tho she rejected him because the age gap, she misses him badly. - Episode 14 starts with the blind dates, which are a disaster, and ends with the leads getting together :) - They never break up, and are awesome to eachother until the very end - Episode 15 he moves back into her house - Episodes 23-26 is where their parents learn about their relationship. Which is awesome - Episode 27 they go public - Episode 29 he proposes and theres a 4 year timeskip where we see them with a son.
Just finished it. I frikin loved it. I have watched over 100 asian romances and this is one of the best.
If you like a romance: lighthearted, sweet, without toxicity, almost without bad people, with tons of episodes with leads already together, no missunderstandings, no breakups, leads supported by awesome people, tons of hugs, good kisses... look no further. It does have a triangle on each side, but the kind which after they get over it, help the leads be together.
And I disagree so much with comments I read below. Yes, she is a bit cold towards him at the start. Well she doesnt love him yet, what do you expect. And she still cares a lot for him from the start. Yes, he is clingy, but never in a creepy way, just in a too caring way. Both leads are awesome from the start, it just takes some time for her to start seing him as something more than childhood friend, mostly because of the age gap. And that's basically the only hindrance for their romance. Which gets resolved pretty quickly
does this drama have evil parents or an annoying second female lead who tries to ruin the leads' relationship
Well like I said it's not even a competition. ML is 100% with FL when his ex arrives in town, so theres not really anything to fight for. The only small worry FL has is because when ML goes see his ex, he doesnt come back for the entire night. But as soon as he arrives he explains it was because his exwifes father (his mentor) had a stroke or similar and was brought to the hospital and he went there to be with him, so FL totally understands and even tells him to go again to keep him company
