It was odd to me that both Haejun and his mom didn't approach their respective partners, Juwon's Dad and Dal, with feelings? at least that's not how it felt. I think they felt more of an obligation or duty to be with them than what i think is love. HaeDal is still more like love because they knew each other much better, with Juwon's dad it definitely feels one-sided. hopefully that makes sense
so everyone definitely knows which sites are down right now, i should say avoid name dropping them without some censorship / secrecy since i believe this is why they were taken down!!!

at first i found it hard to agree with people who were being overly critical of sanwonās relationship, but by ep 15 and halfway through 16 when seeing the reaction of their family and peers, i think thatās when it hit me that the writing felt a bit lazy. sanhaās dad ā just happy to be there (which is fine, heās always been hands-off) juwonās father ā had the most reasonable reaction, worrying about a realistic problem like the possibility of them breaking up and losing each other for good, both as āsiblingsā & lovers (thatās when their relationship felt murky to me too) the ahjumma ā she always be yapping š honestly one of the most annoying characters since she exists sheerly as a plot device the doctor / hs friends ā barely any reaction beyond what they showed, but i know its bcus the plot/runtime canāt fit shock/disgust
i think putting myself in the shoes of their immediate family and peers, especially those who raised them made me think that it started to feel contrived. also, thatās when i noticed a lack of effort from Juwonās end to express her feelings, but i also chalked it up to the way her personality as an adult is mostly reserved and less silly.
iām not saying Sanwon is one-sided, but definitely not as natural, especially when they pulled the Its Okay to Not Be Okay reference and made Juwon profess her feelings, it really didnāt feel like she had thought it over that much? i thought at most she had shown being flustered and liking him, but kind of in a puppy love way and not a devotion wayā after 10 years though i give them the benefit of the doubt since they had started anew as lovers.
iām still watching ep 16, and i know the goal is leaning toward their approval, but all iām seeing now is what felt like a slightly weak transition from the found family to lovers dynamic. i definitely see the gripes about it, and some parts of their chemistry felt hard to watch too, but i know what they have is love. i hope that all makes sense. i love this show and the emotions i felt, it was lovely.

dang by ep 2 i was so confused... i couldn't even tell if that lady was her biological mom (it didn't seem like it by their relationship, especially how the father was estranged...?)
