it's not exactly visions but more of a memory of possible future.
in one of the episodes this whole "vision" concept will be clearly explained and you will understand it on our own.
and until then wait and enjoy the drama, its really good
and these visions play a not so important role in the beginning
but they will start to take effect in the mid episodes.
and he's not a psychic. 'cause he doesn't he future but only a memory of his of a person.
and though it may seem like a supernatural drama, it deals with more of emotions and hardships of individuals.
