The language spoken in Sammy’s Children Day is Cantonese which is the first language of a majority of the population of Hong Kong.

Confirmed this is being released on Netflix. No word on if this is just for Thailand/ SEA or worldwide.

Fluke posted on his IG story today that he was filming Q15 then Final Q. Not sure if it’s for this project or if he’s moved on to something else but hopefully it’s for this.

International release on Gaga

It's not super unusual for shows to appear on streaming at the last minute (I think Sangmin Dinaew appeared the day before release) but I do wish the company would let people know. And as you said in a different comment we have to assume it will be online somewhere given the NC scenes won't be shown on Thai TV.

I had a look at https://www.amarintv.com/schedule and they have listed it as showing today (actually should have just finished). I haven't seen any posts or anything from Thai fans watching it though.

The show’s X account is doing a countdown to the airing date which makes it look like it’s still 26 April.
