They are too lazy to go check the definition in the Law and they prefer to argument based on their own understanding…
Again, ALL definitions of sexual harassment and sexual assault include the distinction of unwanted sexual conduct as, "Sexual conduct is unwelcome whenever THE PERSON SUBJECTED TO IT considers it unwelcome. " No one else can determine this for another person.
The male lead clearly did not consider unwelcome enough to find it intimidating, humiliating, threatening, or beyond his ability to control.
You cannot decide for other people or the male lead if it was unwelcome just because it makes you uncomfortable.
Please understand that when you do this you make a mockery of legitimate sexual harassment and sexual assault. This is not only dangerous, but it also causes pain to legitimate victims and their friends and families.
I wish you the best and hope that this helps.

The fact is No one gets to decide that but him and he was clearly fine with it. If he wasn't he would not have given his number. And he is a grown man who would let her know. And you can not decide this for him or any one else.

I am trying to help you understand the facts about sexual harassment and assault so perhaps you will not be so upset and avoid these misunderstandings in the future.
He is a grown man and would have told her about the kiss and she did not force herself on him after that kiss.
She had more body contact with him when she carried him then when he was lying down and it was not sexual.
I truly wish you the best.

People need to stop saying that the drama can do whatever it wants because it’s a comedy. That’s ignorant and…
Actually, the male lead did not perceive or feel that the female leads actions were sexual assault ( when she first kissed him as a teen ) or sexual harassment (when she was his employee) and that is all that matters. He did not feel humiliated, intimidated, or at a disadvantage. Others do not get to decide that he was sexually assaulted or harassed, only he does as the person on the receiving end.
This type of thought actually makes light of the seriousness of actual sexual assault and sexual harassment.

It is always interesting to hear other people's opinions and ideas and I understand and respect when people voice their thoughts or concerns about this drama if it does not meet their expectations, personal tastes or morals.

What I do not understand is why some of these same people are still here repeatedly posting these same thoughts ad nauseam instead of dropping the show and moving on to something else that they can enjoy.

The first two episodes were a lot of fun. The main leads are charming, they have amazing chemistry, and they are nailing the quirky comedy. Also, the dance scene at the end of episode two was absolutely adorable. Looking forward to next weeks episodes!

I can see how that could be confusing and upsetting given that there is a bit of adult subject matter that is inappropriate for younger viewers. But the kiss was very G rated and absurd. Hopefully, they will change the general audience/ family rating .

Everything in this drama so far is so absurd that I cannot imagine anything in it becoming a risque fantasy for anyone. But I do respect your opinion, and I appreciate your genuine concern for society.

I don't see it as downplaying sexual harassment. I just see this as a lighthearted comedy that is so cartoonish in nature that it is harmless since no one could ever take it seriously as a way to conduct yourself in the real world.

IDC about any of this. What ruins romance for me is -> Fluff. A whole episode dedicated to fluff is just oh gosh…
I especially hate fluff when I am completely immersed in a great storyline with interesting characters who have intense chemistry, but when they finally get together it all disappears in an episode filled with boring fluff cliches such as going to an amusement park wearing matching animal ears, or going shopping.
