You mean a "lot" of people, right? I'm a secondary level English Language Arts teacher who also travels around the world during holidays and summer breaks. So not sure if meeting over 200 people on the daily on top of getting to know locals from around the world can count as a lot 🤷♀️
I need an open discussion for this question. So mature and understanding males just like the male lead do not exist, right? I'm not even talking about exactly like the male lead, even half of him or remotely like his personality.
Lol this drama is so unromantic. This is a first that the ml asked somebody out even if they didn't like the person. This is the fastest not confession in kdrama history 🤣🤣🤣
This is just too fun! If you're here for plot and logic, this is not it, but it's pure entertainment with lightning pace. It got me laughing out loud, and it had been a while since a drama did that to me. The comedy meter is a 9/10 for me!!!
Love how this drama is filmed. Very cinematic with the soothing music, the brown and white color scheme, and the close-up shots. Yes, the close-up shots -- this feels like it's being filmed in both male and female gazes, especially when the ml was staring at her and the camera pans on the fl in episode 11. At that moment, it felt like I was also falling in love with the fl lol. That was such a good shot!
Even though the plot is nothing new, I like the tiny details they put here. For example, the boyfriend complaining about the female lead using her phone over dinner, then proceeded to answer a call and leaving the dinner table after. That was such a minor but interesting scene.
Great drama, but I feel that Elvis' character is pretty 2-D for a slice-of-life story. In contrast though, love the character development for Mai You Ge.
I knew it was from a web novel since I read a couple of smut mangas, and the sexy push-and-pull scenes were so familiar and the tsundere male lead as well lol. I'm not complaining since it's a good adaptation of a guilty pleasure XD
I didn't enjoy the drama as much as I had hoped. The beginning was promising, and the main female lead carried…
And I thought I was the odd one. It did have its moments and potential though -- a concept to be further explored for sure that could become a masterpiece.
I love that the ml used that term because this drama painted that kind of character in a realistic perspective unlike the mainstream Cdramas.
