That's because 酒 can be translated as both liquor and wine, with wine being more common translation.

Before I started this drama I was a little worried about the suicide part (and how triggering it would be for me), but I think this drama portrays it in a rather healthy way (not glorifying it like certain western shows) and it's more about the people left behind as well as what you can achieve if you keep living. One of the most touching moments for me so far was when the FL said "I'm glad to be alive this day".

The gif doesn't remind me of Disqualified From Being Human (aka Lost from 2021) which is the top K-drama that comes up under title Lost (plus I have seen it) also it's a jTBC drama so I'm inclined to believe that the gif is from entirely different drama but what is the drama I should be watching?
