I'm pretty sure Bo Geol is Ki Ho. Woo Hak's memory of Ki Ho's dad is probably from the high school incident where he lost his memory. I'm guessing the dad found out Bo Geol/Ki Ho was living with Woo Hak's family and mistook Woo Hak for Ki Ho. Woo Hak loses his memory after trying to run away or fight the dad.

I really love the song Joseph sang for the OST (You, Me). I was actually shocked when I saw he sang it because I couldn't tell it was him. Pleasantly surprised!
