In the US it's started appearing in public libraries. If you are in the US, and your library's search page is saying it's not available at your library, just link to the Prospector search option. Every state I've searched in has at least one library district that has the series. Of course I have not searched in any conservative, repressed, or book-banning states. (takes a moment to cry. again.) It's published by Seven Seas Entertainment and is a good translation. And I judge non-fan-translated works harshly.
