I disagree regarding part of no adult actors & actresses can outshine them. The strong impression of child actors outshining adult actors is not because of acting. It's because child actors introduce us to the story, and adult further carry it. If I've to give an analogy it's like child actors started singing the intro and adult actors were left with chorus.
