Well I guess that's fine, if they're talking about personal taste and subjectivity of storytelling. The majority praised and rated those dramas higher. So plenty of high quality dramas still exist to the majority.
Quality of Korean dramas is declining, (this year, I can only commend Karma) anyhow I’m just glad there are…
I think it's just personal taste, with an abundance of genres to choose, spread across different streaming services. This year does have multiple praised dramas. I'm watching "When Life Gives You Tangerines", "Trigger", "Queen Mantis", and production seem high quality, especially "When Life Gives You Tangerines", I've been seriously blown away by that one. "Study Group", "Weak Hero", "Nine Puzzles", "Our Unwritten Soul", "The Winning Try", "You and Everything Else", are all higher rated with good production quality.
Upcoming, hopefully "Taxi Driver 3" and "The Manipulated" joins as well.
same crew and universe to prequel "hotel del luna"? one actor who played the dead character returns? I wonder if his new character is reborn or if it's just a doppelganger?
Hye Ji is such a mysteriously confusing character. She keeps switching from pretending to be friendly to seeming genuine. Idk if it's just a mental illness/personality disorder, or if she's got some hidden motive, or both, either way it's interesting.
Woo Bin won me over with his energetic charm and Suzy is perfectly consistent in this role, even the first kiss was so unexpected and hilarious at first
Agree with over-saturated. More good and bad dramas are made now.
It’s good they have more opportunities to make Korean series on multiple platforms, often too many options at once now. We can’t watch everything anyway.
just watch already and see for yourself. it's genius hehehe I'm loving it
I might, just cuz I’m curious about the “anti-social personality disorder” and backstory of Suzy’s character, Steve Noh’s role, and the grandma people post were posting about as well

last two episodes have been bridge episodes, so just warning those who haven’t started
it’s both plot AND character driven

Why are they playing with us? Is Jyeong Hyeon really Young Rye’s future? They were cute in that scene. 🥹💖
