Title The Legend of Shen Li Spoiler
Binge watched eps 18 to 35 during the weekend and it was time well spent.A lot of sweet moments between Shen Li…
I really want a spin off series or a special episode focused on Ms. Jin and Mu Zi chun! Somehow I came to really like their relationship.

Title Love's in Sight! Spoiler
Shishio could’ve easily been written as bi but they had him saying I know it’s selfish but I want us to be…
Just finished the drama and couldn't agree more. I also really don't understand why they didn't just make him bi if they were going to go this route. The way they treated Izumi and Shishio's relationship was terrible. He never displayed any romantic feelings for her the whole drama and instead pined over Mori. He told her to face that he would never love her and instead of her saying they could stay good friends, she jumped at the chance to be with him. It would have been a way more compelling story if they had fleshed out their storyline and shown him actually developing feelings for her. Instead, the drama made it clear they were both settling so it did not feel like a happy ending to me.

Title Wonderland of Love Spoiler
Just finished this and have to say - one of THE better dramas of 2023. And certainly the best performance by Xu…
I completely agree. I found myself getting more and more annoyed with the female lead and how she was always getting mad at the male lead. Sometimes she was mad at him even when he had legitimate reasons to be angry like when LFC got a bunch of his men killed. The fact that she thought he should care about LFC's safely after that and save him was mind boggling to me. Like you mentioned she also emotionally manipulated him a lot and most of the time he ended up just bending to her will, there was no real compromise.

Despite that the couple had good chemistry but the things above made it hard for me to invest in them completely. The only time where I felt the female lead really showed she loved the male lead was ep 29 to 32 when he was seriously injured and she took care of him. Those three episodes were the best to me overall becuase I was so emotionally destroyed by all of his close comrades dying. The acting by Xu Kai there was top tier.

On Time and Him Are Just Right Apr 29, 2023
This was a really cute drama. There were no crazy love triangles or crazy plot twist. It very much felt like a slice of life. I know most people were annoyed by the misunderstanding that happened in ep 17 and while I found it annoying too, I could see that realistically happening when you are young, immature and separated from each other. I thought the leads had great chemistry and felt organic. Even though it wasn't explicitly said I think you can deduce from that last three episodes that Chen Mo and Yun Lang were together which I was definitely happy with.

I don't see many people talking about Xie Yang and Jiang Yi but I have to say I was surprised by how much I was rooting for this couple by the final episode. For the first half of the series, I found myself getting annoyed at Jiang Yi often because I felt like she took Xie Yang for granted, disregarded his feelings and generally wasn't that nice to him. Xie Yang also got jealous really easily but as they progressed through the college arc, I couldn't really blame him because Jiang Yi's disregard for his feelings was definitely not helping his insecurity. That's why when he broke up with her and clearly expressed why I was relieved. The time apart allowed Jiang Yi to realize that she took him for granted and mature. Xie Yang also matured a lot and it was nice seeing him confidant and competent in his work life. When they got back together in the last episode, it felt earned because they had taken that time apart from each other and decided that they really wanted to be together.

The only thing I would have liked added on is to see Qin Kai's life. He was a really great character and I wanted a bit more closure for him.

Title Blind Spoiler
Ok just finished the drama and I'm still confused on the character of Charles. From watching the drama, it felt like he was helping out more because he was dedicated to Yoon Jae then getting revenge for his brother's murder. For example, when Sung hoon says he is going to kick Yoon Jae out because he deviated from the plan and killed people he didn't want him to kill, Charles said that he would also stop helping then. I wasn't sure if he was in love with Yoon Jae or if he had become attached to him as a brother because the storyline never really explained his reason for helping.

Also while it's true that Sung hoon initially entered Sung Joon's household and became Sung Joon's brother to enact his revenge plot, I find it hard to believe that he never came to see him as a younger brother. Especially since he was doing self harm I guess from the guilt of harming innocent people like Sung Joon.

Title Somebody Spoiler
A few things though:1) I didn't understand Gieun's obsession with finding "Wheel Me". Hear me out: He didn't beat…
1) Gi eun annoyed me the most out of all the characters. It made no sense to me as a disabled cop why she would meet someone out in a secluded area to go swimming. Even someone who has not see scams, sexual assault and murders first hand would know that is a bad idea. And even if you as a viewer are willing to let go of that first mistake, she then agrees to meet him again at a location he chooses knowing full well that this guy abandoned her in the middle of no where last time and trashed her wheel chair. It just does not make any sense. I could see her feeling used and wanting to find him because even though he didn't beat, sexually assault, or rob her he still used her for sex and then went out of his way to destroy her wheelchair. I wouldn't want a guy like that out there to prey on more disabled women. What lost me is that she did not go to the police immediately and instead hired the hacker and the watcher. If she really wanted him off the streets, she would have gone to the police.

2) I really liked Kim Young Kwang's acting as Yun O but I have to agree that they didn't do enough to show us why he left some people alive and killed others. Completely agree regarding Gi eun, Mok won and Samantha. Totally unbelievable that he would just threaten Mok won and Samantha who are aware of his murders and even more unbelievable that he wouldn't finish Gi Eun off who he knew was chasing him.

3) Sum figured out that he was Agape in ep 5. After he trashed her AI machine, she fixed it and all of the old messages and the footage of him destroying the AI were restored. The last message that was typed in was signed off Agape. She was fully aware that this man had planned that whole incident where she was almost raped (or not? I'm still not sure if that guys was also someone lured there by Yun O to do a rape play fantasy) and she still continued to see him and let her friend's lives be put in jeopardy. This to me was also why her killing him in the end didn't make sense to me because she knew who he was from jump and was seemingly fine with him being a psychopath. I'm not sure if we are supposed to believe that she didn't immediately tell her friends because he was trying to figure out who she would side with because she also felt happy when she killed someone and he seemingly understood her.

4) I was ok with the Mok won being a shaman. I would have liked a bit more back story on her though and how she came to be friends with Gi Eun and Sum.

5) From what I could tell, they had stopped being friends because Gi Eun was very emotional and depressed after her accident and instead of consoling her Sum very bluntly told her that she wasn't trying hard to recover. Sum apologizes to her regarding that and explains that because she has trouble understanding emotions, she wasn't able to tell that her words weren't helpful to Gi Eun and instead hurtful. She also explained that the person who would usually explain that to her was Gi Eun. I don't think Sum was involved in her accident. I would have liked to have known what kind of accident she had and how long ago it was too.

Title Reborn Rich Spoiler
I just finished the drama and overall I'm glad I watched it. I really enjoyed it. The ending was ok for me but like everyone in the comment section has been saying, there are a lot of plot holes:

How did he survive falling off a clip and getting shot in the head? How is he able to walk around and travel in only a week? How was he even rescued?

Even though he was at first unknowingly an accomplice in Do Jun's murder, how was he not in trouble for leaving the scene of the accident without calling an ambulance and helping Soonyang group to cover it up for 20 years?

Why does no one recognize that Hyun Woo and Do Jun look very similar except for Do Jun's ex secretary who is suffering from Alcoholic Dementia?

Why does Hyun Woo not remember that Do Jun existed in the early episodes, suddenly remember in the middle episodes that Do Jun had already died, and then out of no where in the final episode remember that he was an unknowing accomplice to his murder. How could he forget that especially as it is what allowed him to rise in Sooyang group even without a college degree?

Are we to believe the Dad stayed close to the family to one day acquire evidence that Do Jun was killed by them? Why would he not tell his wife that? Why did he not seem that angry when the truth came out about how Do Jun was killed?

One thing though, is that everyone seems to think that his being in a coma somehow invalidates his experience from ep 2 - 16. I disagree. The way I saw it was that while he was in a coma he actually did live as Do Jun and once Do Jun died he traveled back to his original body. I think this part was confusing for everyone because besides the one comment he made to Min Young about her clothes and the donuts he gave to Oh Se Young there wasn't a lot of outward acknowledgement that it wasn't a dream borne out of guilt.

Same problem with most Korean dramas: mental health professionals are evil or idiots. It will be nice for once…
Have you watched Mad for Each Other? I think they did a pretty good job there with the therapist and exploring the character's mental health altogether.

guys, choi hyun wook totally stole my heart in this drama 😭💔
He did such a great job here. The whole time I was watching the drama I was trying to figure out where I had seen him before and then it hit me that he played Woo Chan in the drama Racket boys. The characters are night and day and he did excellent in both.

Title Missing: The Other Side Spoiler

I think he disappeared but they just didn't show it on camera. I figured that he went into his room and saw his stuff disappearing and knew that he had been found.

Title Missing: The Other Side Spoiler
I finished the drama and I don t understand why Shin Joon Ho couldn t see the Village and the people there, since…
It might be one of those things that are never really cleared up. Thomas said in the begining that he didn't know why some people could see them and the village and others couldn't. It also seems like Wook and Mr. Jang regained their ability since they were able to see the little girl. I wonder if they were to wander under the bridge, if they would be able to see the town/village that the ghost children came from.

Title Missing: The Other Side Spoiler
those kids are living ones and not the dead ones
I'm pretty sure they are dead as they disappeared in another portal implying that there are other villages/towns where the missing go. Mr. Jang even commented that the little girl looks familiar which means he has either seen her missing person photo or spoken to her parents at the missing person meetings. I am wondering why Wook and Mr. Jang have regained their ability to see the dead though.

Title Little Women Spoiler
The are plot holes, maybe the writer forgot to give explanaton on these: First, when In Joo remembers she had…
The running at night painting was explained- their mother had told In hye all about the sister who died when she was very young because she said she had no one else to vent to about it. Eventually as In hye grew up, she started to think that she was in fact that sister. Also I actually couldn't stand In-Hye either. To me the real hero at the end was Choi Do Il who had the foresight to hide In Joo's money. Why In hye is writing a letter at the end like it was all her doing with her sister's in mind is beyond me. Even when Il Do was in the car asking to use the account, In hye only cared about the risk Hyo Rin would be taking.

In-Hye is so annoying and dumb. She’s already 18, have some common sense when rich ppl are trying to use you.…
From beginning to end I really hated In-hye's character. They wrote her to be in my opinion, very unlikeable. To me she didn't add anything to the story.

I like it but I don't think it deserved as a high a rating as it got. Could not stand the youngest sister and how mean she was to her sisters. She was super selfish and continuously sided with the evil rich family. She was very unlikeable.

okay it took me awhile to watch this mainly cuz i saw the ending before even starting the serie. But now that…
I think the ending makes sense but I'm still not a fan lol. While agree that the feelings between Tarn and Nut is what allowed Tofu to exist and to experience the feeling of love with Nut, I think by the end of the series Tofu was his own person and had genuine feelings for Nut that existed outside of those initial feelings felt by Tarn. The same can be said for Nut who had wholeheartedly fallen in love with Tofu and did not view him as a replacement for Tarn. I guess what I'm trying to say is that their relationship was real and I believe Nut had already gotten over Tarn meaning the lack of those feelings towards Tarn would not have stopped Tofu from existing.

I would have preferred it if the symbiotic relationship between Tarn and Tofu ended when Nut had completely gotten over Tarn but since the writers didn't do that, the only ending that could happen was Tofu dying so Tarn could live. It was the only choice that was in character for Tofu.

I have a question has Otomo always liked men? In the beginning of the movie he wasn’t that resistant to Imagase…
I haven't read the manga but after watching the movie and seeing other comments I think he didn't resist much in the beginning to show the how weak willed he was and how far he would go to please. From MusicalVeggies comment at the top, this seems to be an important part of his personality in the mange. He wanted to please his wife and to do that she can't ever find out that he's cheating and at the same time he wanted to please Imagase so he wouldn't spill the beans to his wife. Just like how he can't so no to any of the women he comes across, he similarly can't say no to Imagase.
