The first half of the last episode reminded me of "The Five People You Meet In Heaven." I really loved how the last half showed how many people she touched even in the smallest way. Truly an amazing drama.

Wow what an amazing drama that was. I went into it knowing that it was going to be a tearjerker (which it was!) but somehow it was also so uplifting and poignant. It made me reflect on my life and the people in it. The acting was wonderful and I found each character fully human. Each led different lives, had flaws but were also so relatable. Everyone should watch this series.

Title Hellbound Spoiler
It really was not difficult to understand... Idk what people were confused about? They have clear dialogues explaining…
See I don't think everyone believed it or wasn't questioning it. People who were against it were just too afraid to voice their opinions because arrowhead had spies everywhere and if you spoke out loud to the wrong person, arrowhead would come and hurt you and your family. They briefly mention this when the reporter is in the editing room and the editor says she is afraid to say anything because he could be an undercover arrowhead member.

Title Fireworks from the Heart Spoiler
Where did you watch this? I've been looking for it for a long time but haven't been able to find it.
That movie is not fireworks from the heart. It is the 1997 movie called Hana-bi. Dramacool has had the wrong movie listed for a couple of years now.

I don't know why I had been sleeping on this. It's so underrated. I loved it. The story, the acting, the music.…
I think it was pretty clear that she was in love with Ren so I don't think what was between them was romantic in nature. I think that she and Kuro just developed a really special friendship. I think she was moved to see how far he had gone to resolve her loved ones longings and he was moved by her kind spirit. At the end I think he wanted her to choose life as much as her grandma, Ren and Shiori and was happy that she could continue on with out regrets.

This was a surprisingly moving drama. From the plot I expected it maybe to be a bit too emotional with no real payoff but I really learned something at the end of this. Ignore the 7.8 rating and give this short but poignant drama a try.

Title Stuck On You Spoiler
I don't agree with everyone else saying they aren't suitable for each other at all, however I am okay with the…
Completely agree. JM needs to completely leave the pain of his past relationship behind and Reb needs to mature and realize relationships are not all about passion. The fact that they both realized that and decided to stay in each others lives until they are emotionally ready to be together romantically made this a happy ending for me. Plus I do think the differences in their world view definitely was what they both needed to grow. JM was completely jaded and lost all sense of optimism while Reb who had never been in a relationship, only knew an idealistic version of it and lacked maturity. They each took a bit of that world view from each other and made the first steps towards change. I can see them growing together and being in a relationship when they're ready. I'm all for a season 2 as long as they don't bring back the ex-girlfriend to complicate things.

Title Meeting You Spoiler
Fiction did a really great job portraying someone with social anxiety, particularly in the first several episodes.…
I haven't watched any of his previous works but I'm definitely going to look him up! I was really moved when he confessed to his classmates about his social anxiety disorder and how he wanted to get to know them better but didn't know how. Top notch acting there.

at this point, pi is willing to sacrifice mork just to make himself whole. i can't blame him tho, he is also like…
Nah I'm blaming him. I understand Pi's insecurities but he should think about Mork's feelings as well. I felt so sad seeing Mork watch Pi through a window hanging out with People but not allowed to join because Pi doesn't want anyone to know they are together. It's not ok to disregard your partner's feelings. Mork has done everything Pi wanted but Pi won't meet him half way. I find it so weird that everyone in the comment section understands Pi's feelings but thinks that Mork's feelings should be invalidated and that he should be fine being hidden because he's handsome.

Title His Spoiler
I don't know what to feel with this movie. Its family aspect is very moving and I CRIED a lot on how good they…
I agree. It was a good movie but I wasn't exactly satisfied with their confrontation either. I feel like Nagisa never really explained to Shun why he chose to break up in that manner or at that point in their relationship. It almost felt like somehow they talked around it. I don't know if we are suppose to infer from the letters that Shun kept that the answer was in there but that Shun didn't read them. Or if we are supposed to believe the rumors' Shun's co-workers heard - that Nagisa broke up with Shun so Shun's job prospects wouldn't be in jeopardy. I don't know, the confrontation didn't give an emotional punch with me because I felt like the core question wasn't answered. Also I think one of the reason's there was such a disconnect for me was because it felt like Shun and Nagisa's personalities had switched. It was just so strange after watching the first series to see them behaving so wildly different from their earlier selves. It didn't even feel like a natural evolution of their characters over time. I think if they had added some scenes in the beginning showing their five year relationship before the breakup then I could maybe see why Shun's character had changes so drastically.

Sora was so adorable and I did love how everyone in the town accepted them and made them a part of the community. I also loved how they didn't villainess the wife because at the end of the day both she and Shun were victims of Nagisa being selfish. At the end of the day though, they were all able to forgive each other and do what they thought was best for Sora. I know some people didn't like that Nagisa gave up custody at the end but I thought it was a fitting way to show how much Nagisa had grown. He was very selfish in the first series and in the beginning of this movie as well. If you think about it, even the decision to have Sora was selfish because he essentially used his wife, who he knew wanted a career, and made her believe that he loved her. He came to realize that he was able to have that close relationship with Sora because his wife worked hard so he didn't have too. He gave her a chance to get to know her daughter and she made the necessary changes so she could have a close relationship with Sora and not be at odds like she is with her own Mom. I also like how she realized that no matter how mad she was at Nagisa, he was a good Dad and not letting him see Sora was basically just punishing her daughter. He also had asked for forgiveness and showed that he had changed. It was a good movie about healing and acceptance but not a rewatch for me.

Title Doom at Your Service Spoiler
So the way I viewed it was that the Deity did make it so they never met so the contract was void but maybe because…
That's a good point. The whole time I've been thinking of the plant as both Myeol Mang and Dong Kyung's love story but you're right that she did confirm the plant was specifically Myeol Mang. If the plant represents his developing humanity brought on by his feelings for Dong Kyung then I'm wondering now if the rooftop interference was part of her experiment. Like even when she erased their memories they met each other so I'm wondering if she wanted see if another meeting would completely bring back his feelings.

"The Deity also tried to erase anything that Myeol Mang left in Tak Dong Kyung's life and that Tak Dong Kyung left in Myeol Mang's life (hence the blank calendar), but as her power diminished (and perhaps as Myeol Mang and Tak Dong Kyung got to know each other again and explored the gaps in their memories and those left-behind impressions) those pieces started to re-appear in their lives. Myeol Mang's contact information reappeared in Tak Dong Kyung's phone and Myeol Mang's phone re-appeared in his pocket with the photo of him and Tak Dong Kyung as his wallpaper." - I'm so hoping they show this in episode 13! Like a quick scene not showed in episode 12 showing the pictures reappearing because of their reignited feelings would clear a lot of things up.

Title Doom at Your Service Spoiler
Against my own advice, I'm trying to work out one of the details from episode 12. In episode 11, the Deity said…
So the way I viewed it was that the Deity did make it so they never met so the contract was void but maybe because they started to remember each other, items from the original timeline started to come back or she allowed them to come back. That's theory one. All of Tak Dong Kyung's friends and family don't remember Myeong Mang but the conversations and actions Tak Dong Kyung took, even the conversations that were tangentially about Myeong mang and the actions that involved him weren't erased. The second theory I have is that the most the Deity was able to do was get rid of the contract because she is close to dying and no longer at full power. Also technically the deity did not interfere with them or make them cross paths. They first met at the hospital when they bumped into each other and then again when she saw him beating up the child abuser. I believe she directed her to the roof because at that point she realized it was inevitable that they would remember each other because they had already bumped into each other twice.

Title To My Star
wait... how is this a Where Your Eyes Linger spinoff??? what have I missed?
I don't think it's a spinoff since Kim Pil Hyun is not the main character of this drama. It is happening in the same universe as Where Your Eyes Linger though. In Where Your Eyes Linger Kim Pil Hyun is a friend of the main couple. His father worked for Tae Joo's father's company.
