Why is the mother in the limbo state if she's dead? Is the lady with the suitcase the grim reaper or something? I didn't see the daughter in the ICU, so she's alive and able to see the persons in limbo and the persons dead; like that burnt woman and the snake eyed man and even the light shop with it's owner? What's with the light shop and the light shop man? So many questions I'm confused. Is her friend dead because of the ghost girl? What's going on?
