I do agree I am alao tired of the ex and his storyline but I don't think the girls know each other nor do I think the 2FL plotted anything with the ex. He saw his opportunity to opt out of marriage and took it, she's probably some cousin or something that ended up there for some reason and he used that to his advantage cause he's too cool to be tied down and now that he's had his fun wants FL back.
