I was rewatching last night episode and just realized, XJ basically confess 😭❤️ in a most subtle and comforting way. Its a reconcilation, confession and most comforting line after he realized it was the HRF who scheme everything and that she lost her 7 commanders yet she doesnt get it because her mind is full of mourning after the loss of her master, then her most trusted person (XJ, after the confrontation) and now this. 😭🥲 im gonna cry, byeee

I understand that. Maybe you didnt get my point. I know they have different personality, what I meant was, his attitude towards women who were assaulted and how coward he became. In my opinion, I think its also because of Fake HRF after the battle and because (maybe) how vulnerable and hopelessness he felt after being surrounded. I dont judge his capabilities though, but his judgement and lost of hope, until HY came.

No I think he said something about HY being a woman and that he wants a marriage with her. Same as novel. He wouldnt risk telling him directly and suddenly about the identity because theres no evidence yet and theres so many involved.

And they couldnt even try to think that HY now was more free compared to being HRF which is why she wants to become who she is, as a woman and as a general. Also, she was physically weak at the beginning but thats because she was in a coma for a month and was posoined. They compared others actress to play HY just because she looks feminine and small. I could go on forever about being a an audience to watch a drama compared to watching for only one episode then drop it. They just want to find faults because their faves are not famous enough or no drama right now. Ha

Ngl I was expecting something positive from one of the remaing Fuyue legendary warriors only to get disappointed because how he treated his concubine and the women. And before you come at me, I am talking about the drama not the novel, so pls dont compare or whatever. Also, I was hoping, him to actually recognize his Superior and just be quiet. Although he got suspicious at first, he just became worse. I hope next episode he will realize and even (maybe) serve as a witness in the final act against real and fake general feihong. I cant wait how theyre going to play and show us that HY was indeed the REAL Feihong to the empire at the end of the series and how the emperor will act if he finds out He Yan was his loyal general all along and not HRF or how will he punish/reward HY or HRF or Chanc Xu or XJ. Im so excited!! Its been since POB that Im getting impatient from waiting for the next episodes.
