Could they air season 2 as well instead of on gmmtv or is that not a thing?
Yesterday Win said it’ll air real soon. And last week’s at Prada event Toey also said it will air real soon. The staff have been saying it’ll be no later than mid-2025. I don't think I heard any rumors about it airing next year though
win said they’re aiming to finish filming before april next year. so I’d say the earliest we’ll see it is…
well I said that Win mentioned they aimed to finish filming before April, and the earliest it would probably air is mid 2026. then you literally said, "nah they aim to release it around a month or two before filming finishes like F4 and there's plenty of time" why did you edit your comment?
even if the cast stays in Chiang Mai, Phuwin said they might only be able to shoot one scene a day because the production is massive. with heavy visual effect involved, post-production will take even longer. I don’t understand why you keep comparing this to F4 or other P'Fon series like HSF and Us. those didn’t require vfx and even then the editing quality dropped in the later episodes. series with vfx usually take months in post-production before airing
next month is fittings and workshops, and most of them will be away for fashion week. saying it’s going to air around this time next year, like you said, would mean less than a year for filming and post-production, that just feels completely unrealistic to me.

All gmm productions are developed years in advance. By the time they announce a project, they’ve already locked in the crew, done auditions, and filmed the mock trailer. It’s not only for the bigger productions that’s just how things work.

Wait what is your point? are you telling me scarlet heart is gonna air before april?? 🤣 this production is way bigger than f4 mind you. f4 didn’t have to build sets or use heavy vfx to make it look like it’s set hundreds of years ago.
f4 started filming on december 10 2020, even if it premiered before they finish filming it still took over a year. scarlet heart hasn’t even started filming yet. they’re just doing fittings next month, then workshops, and filming doesn’t even start right after that.
so thinking this is gonna air a few months before april 2026 which is literally less than a year from now that’s just sound unrealistic idk but maybe it's just me 😂

F4 was heavily delayed due to covid, and filming ended up taking almost two years. That’s why it started airing before they had even wrapped up. Scarlet Heart probably involves a lot of visual effects that require extra post-production time, so I doubt they’ll air it before filming is complete. The cast has already mentioned that it might take a while
People are thinking that the fittings could be today due to fons insta story 🤭
Phuwin said on ig live just now, yesterday was the first read through, they gonna do another reading tomorrow, and the fitting is next month, p'fon insta story is a late post from yesterday
GMMTV keeps making unnecessary remakes. Other times, they just adapt the novels which is still acceptable but…
I don’t know if people haven’t noticed or are purposely ignoring the fact that GMMTV series are made by different production companies, with different directors, crews, and varying budgets. You really can’t lump them all together like they’re on the same level.
From what’s been shared, this project has been in development since 2022. P’Fon the director said they had already chosen a well-known screenwriter before she even officially joined the team. P’Tha also mentioned that this is the highest-budget production GMMTV has ever done. And just today, Phuwin said on ig live that the production is seriously massive.
it's not’s fair to compare this to other GMMTV series and calling people “sheep” just because they’re excited about this project, especially when it’s pretty clear this series has way more potential than most other GMMTV shows. Not every project is built the same and Scarlet Heart already stands out in terms of scale, budget, and the team behind it. People are allowed to be hyped for something that actually looks promising.
also they never advertised the series as a korean adaptation, idk where you even got that idea. the trailer, the poster, the pamphlet, even one cover of the script all clearly say “the remake is based on the novel scarlet heart by tong hua" you sound like you just wanna be mad without even getting your facts straight like, it’s all right there if you actually paid attention.
Does anyone know if for international fans, the broadcast will only be through the True Visions NOW app?
Usually, they upload the full episode with subs on GMM's official YouTube channel for international viewers. I think the True Visions app is for Thai viewers, and they upload it there a few hours later to encourage local viewers to watch the TV broadcast. The one on GMM's YouTube is geoblocked in Thailand
They just dropped the teaser for Leap Day series!! Do check it out!
Last week Win was with P'Fon at an awards event, and during an interview he said he asked her about the filming and she confirmed that it would start in June. and Phuwin just said during a live that the filming will happen after LOL Fanfest. The cast has been updating about the progress a lot actually
Why is it weird? Fundamentally they are "Actors" before "BL actors" and it's mostly a love triangle with the FL,…
I’ve read the novel and watched both the K and C-drama. Not every prince likes the FL tho. The only one who might have a crush on her beside the 4th & 8th prince is just the 10th prince, but his main romantic storyline is with the girl he ends up marrying
This feels so weird! with so many of my BL actors competing for one girl lol
Why is it weird? Fundamentally they are "Actors" before "BL actors" and it's mostly a love triangle with the FL, the 4th prince and the 8th prince anyway. The other princes have their own love interests
it's already 2025....and why FL is Toey? Where is Chanikarn?
It's gonna be an anthology-type series, with a different setting and cast each season. Ajin will be the only recurring character. They already announced Toey as the female lead for this season when they confirmed season 2 in 2023
