Putting the title aside, I think the premise is a pretty universal concept and not something that only works in South Korean setting, since this type of surgery is accessible everywhere now and Thailand also one of the countries that has the highest percentage of plastic surgeries. And the female lead is supposed to be beautiful and not botched. In the webtoon she simply described appearing more mature after the procedure. I think it's suitable to cast Baifern who is older than most of the cast to play the 18 years old character. like she is pretty but you can't say she looks 18.

They haven't even finished filming yet and there are gmm series that wrapped up shooting months ago but still haven't seen the light of day. I'd rather they complete the filming first, take their time with post-production and ensure we get a quality series. Shows that hit the airwaves while still in the midst of filming often suffer from rushed editing and it shows. personally I rather wait a little bit more

I'm not sure but a few weeks back the crew shared they were only halfway through filming. in an interview win said they're still kinda around 60-70% done
