I've only seen Tomorrow With You and there are so many call backs and references of the show lmao even half of its cast is here in Homecha and that's because both the dramas have the same director, he sure seems pretty nostalgic about his previous work with Shin Minah and trynna bring back that vibe lol
Watched Homecha latest episode again (obviously) and the hospital scene was such a touching moment between our ShikHye. Du Shik takes her hand and is worried for her minor bruises instead of his giant stab wound and precisely at that moment Hye Jin is struck with reality that just what a great threat she has dodged thanks to this obliviously selfless man and breaks into tears of gratitude? Adoration for the man holding his hand? Shock from all that happened? Maybe a mix of all. And baaaam! The curtain gets swept and just like that, this sweet moment is broken by a bloody dad-who-got-betrayed expression plastered on Ji PD's face. She's not your daughter with her secret boyfriend, you really need to chill the fuck out mister!
