Ahhh I love your analysis hehe😌I'm so excited to watch next episodes but Saturday feels so freaking far😭😭
SAME I've officially gone crazy from over watching and over analysing the episodes and I don't need help I need those ticking clock hands to move faster or a surprise early release of homecha episodes. Either of the two will do T-T
This is beautiful :). I also really love the writing here as it portrays the people and tells their stories brilliantly.…
For someone who has watched the latest episode for the nth time now, Bugyeong the dog scene never fails to crack me up xD the imagery that Du Shik created I too, could imagine a cute dog who apparently ate something funny and hoped like Hye Jin for its sweet dreams lol. And let's not forget the writers doing wonders with our another cute lil' pet- Bo Ra's hedgehog has so beautifully been turned into a metaphor for Hye Jin's ability to open up to new people <3
That's why i am not so happy with the love triangle bevause it took away the screen time of these lovely hometown…
Ikr?! The Gonjin gang is sucha wholesome bunch of people, gossiping, helping and having fun with each other! The supporting cast has to be the best part about this show and personally, I feel Ji PD's character arc is being pushed down our throats just to check off the love triangle box on the go to clichés list but seeing the preview I'm guessing the writers are keen on dissolving that useless triangle as well
Someone show the writer of Start-Up that this is how you write a love triangle. Make the audience like the SML…
That's exactly the whole point of this drama, correcting the mistakes of StartUp. Studio Dragon really trying to own up the fiasco they approved of in StartUp and bestowing us with this healing (quite literally so) drama instead :)
I'm just speechless at how wonderfully Homecha has shown that there are different forms of families; Mom, dad and children: Bo Ra's happy go lucky family Divorced parents: Jang Yi Jun's full time mom and part time dad family Single parent: Ju Ri and his father are the most wholesome duo I said what I said. Dad and stepmom: Hye Jin's parents only came for a little surprise inspection but both of 'em had a huge impact just like how it is. An orphan and his caregiver when he was a child: what else can I possibly say about Halmoni and Du Shika's bond that hasn't been said and seen already? A mother who lost a child: Cho Nam Sook's story is so heartbreaking I can still cry buckets just by thinking about it. To add on to that we have a trio of Halmonis and two bffs supporting and living together like any other family members would. And of course we have gongjin as a whole ass family altogether. (Sorry for the long rant but that's just how it is when you keep rewatching stuff on repeat to pass these dreaded weekdays)
We should have known better Mr. Hong has always been super considerate when it comes to Miss Dentist 🌚
Exactly I practically imagined Hye Jin's disappointed face, Du Shik crying a river and Ji PD rejoicing lol but the end had me like WOW. Now I know why KSH said it's a healing drama 😌
I hope there won’t be a break up period since most of the k dramas have that.
I am hoping it'll go around the lines of What's wrong with secretary kim where maintaining a healthy loving relationship will go hand in hand with healing mutual traumas.
https://c.tenor.com/8D4CNzYT7i0AAAAi/snap-the-snap.gif here tell me if it helps 😭😭😭
Why did Shikhye had to spoil us with so much love like that??? Now we'll obviously be craving for more...this is torture...sweet torture but torture nevertheless!
There were so many beautiful scenes in this episode, I don't even know which one to talk about.Firstly, the pervert…
Also Hye Jin getting drenched in the rain scene! All the flashbacks of the subtle to most bigass gestures Du Shik did for her, it made my heart melt and I fell for Du Shik all over again with Hye Jin because it made me realise they really did have so many memorable moments throughout and the bg track was just cherry on the top! *brb gonna cry some more*
I've got a fucking house crisis too cause broke a coffee mug in excitement!!! THAT. KISS. WAS. EVERYTHING.
Oh my gawd sameeee I was expecting a full blown rejection not a full blown makeout wtf Du Shik and his darn unexpected sneaky ways (not that am complaining of course 😭😵❤❤)
And let's not forget the writers doing wonders with our another cute lil' pet- Bo Ra's hedgehog has so beautifully been turned into a metaphor for Hye Jin's ability to open up to new people <3
