why i dropped my demon
i started my demon for the cast + hype (i love both the leads), and while it had its moments, it didn’t completely hit for me. the plot felt a little lackluster and predictable, and the shift between comedy and serious scenes was kind of jarring.
the pacing itself was nice though — i’m always a fan of a slow burn/enemies-to-lovers type of vibe. the chemistry between song kang and kim yoo jung was amazing, and as a romance lover i thought their scenes together were super cute. side character wise, the sword star girl was annoying lol, but the butler and secretary duo had me laughing.
the visuals and music were beautiful as expected, but honestly once he got the tattoo back i started losing interest — it just got boring again. i ended up dropping it, but for what i did watch i’d give it a 7/10.
