My experiences: I went to South Korea about 1 year ago and walked around in Itaewon at 3 am dressed like Kim Kardashian and I didn't even get a single stare. Hell, I saw a girl dressed in a bikini top and ass shorts in Hongdae all alone and there were literally zero stares as far I could see. On the other hand, I went to India 5 years ago, and I was 50x more covered in New Delhi, and still got so many stares and a couple of gropes.
