I really didn’t expect PJY’s wife to file for sexual assault before her daughter was born. It’s absolutely insane. The daughter tho, going up against RY about her mother is intriguing. Does she want to help her too and thinks that by doing so it’s better and safer, or does she just not care? I honestly thought she wouldn’t be involved in it at all.
RY reaction to the child talk, what was that???
THE COP?? WHUT EVEN? i was mouth agape the whole episode.
And just how deep does this ring run? With how complex the whole thing is—like they said, it must have been done by someone really smart—I’m wondering if it’s the IT guy.
The laptop!! Wanted to cry and scream how was it even possible. At least take photos, audio recording…. for precautions, y’all know that it’s important and if they killed him for it… but I’m wondering how would they know that she had it, so i guess it was kind of something u wouldn’t even think of doing if u thought no one else knew about it. And the green hoodie reveal….
As for now, I’m starting to like how it leaves me with such conflicting emotions. And it’s remarkable how much discussion it’s bringing. I’m absolutely hooked; the plot is just fire right now. The fact that every single character is so deeply flawed makes the narrative even more thrilling. Little by little, I began enjoying it more and decided to stop making too many assumptions and arguments about certain matters (still kind of dejected not gonna lie). It really makes you sit back and question morality and the system. Where do we draw the line between what is legally right and morally justifiable? When the law actively abandons victims, is it fair for them to take matters into their own hands and seek justice through unlawful means? It’s brilliant how it shows ordinary people being harshly condemned when they are forced to do illegal things just to survive. I’m reminded of Machiavelli.
This is actually the first time i've ever felt the need to comment, but this left me genuinely speechless right from the start, probably because i went in with very high expectations. I started this drama expecting a narrative centered on female empowerment, women portrayed as resilient and principled but there were so many problems. So far i'm honestly feeling quite conflicted. The show, in my opinion, based off the two episodes, comes across as deeply hypocritical. The reveal about the pro bono CEO's mother doesn't bother me that much since it makes sense for a company to fund a pro bono one to benefit their image and so on. But with the other FL i had some issues. Starting off by how she behaves during the trial. For me it felt surprisingly unprofessioal because if it's so clear what's happening in court is all part of the rapist calculated manipolation why is there so little attention toward the victim? i actually got kinda mad at how she didn't realize anything even knowing it could and probably would have happened; the writers could have mantained the plot without making her seem dumb. Since she was decribed as a character with supposedly a strong persona and ethical convictions when she went to her ex house at night to try and get informations i could still understand her, until all of whatever that was. What unsettled me the most was the post-incident phone call, where her friend despite knowing she was married jokingly asks, "nothing else happened, right?", shocked. Then even more shocked when she contaminated the crime scene and took her ex's phone, like wtf, her friend at least got mad at what she's done. Despite all this mess, the story does have potential, which is why I’m still watching, the suspence and the strange prostitution ring, makes me curious on who is involved that it has so much secrecy surrounding it, hope they fan catch sll these bastards

It really makes you think.
It’s ironically a spot-on watch for the times.
