In my region this one disappeared from the Upcoming listing of iQiyi. Yes have vip . Does anyone else have other…
If you search it on IQIYI, at least in my region( western USA) you get the trailer and it says coming soon 2023. Why it dropped off the list we can only speculate… :(
The first Thai drama I’ve seen where the product placement isn’t somewhere on the scale from wildly distracting-might as well be a commercial break. So that’s good. Also the chemistry between the leads is good. And I loved the relationship between the grandfather and the FL. Overall very cute. I’m going back to watch 2005 My Girl now. I didn’t want to see it and have it ruin be for this adaptation. I may come back and let you know how it goes.
I finished but for some reason cannot click completed.
Yeah, me neither, I think because MDL thinks it isn’t finished airing they won’t allow anyone to mark it completed or give it a final review. Someone with editing power needs to go in a change the airing dates.
Don’t worry too much! Apparently there will be a 3rd season. Edit: Now what I’m reading is that it might just be some extra episodes, not a full season… I guess we’ll know when we know. Super disappointing if the ending of season 2 is all we get.
I’m probably the minority that dislike the FL, I don’t hate her but her character isn’t too likable. See,…
I feel like a lot of hate for Xuan Ji is deeply unfair because she loves and trusts SiFeng, but she has been carefully manipulated and controlled behind the scenes for so long, including the many years they were apart. Yes it is really terrible that SiFeng suffered all of these injustices-even to the point of her losing faith in him. But Not enough credit is given for that emotional and mental scarring that XuanJi experienced when she discovered the whole truth. SiFeng suffered, a lot, and it was miserable. But when all of her memories are restored, I would argue that her suffering was equal if not greater than his. Additionally, I know it’s popular to compare this to LBFAD right now because it just came out, but Ashes of love is a way better xianxia to compare it with because of the similar themes of being unable to feel and the female lead being manipulated behind the scenes to lose trust in the male lead. Just a thought.
All I have to say, as far as release dates for c-dramas are concerned- is that there are a lot of behind the scenes…
The sources we can trust for release dates, by the way, are the official websites of the original network that make the drama, like here for Mr. Bad it would be IQIYI. And I feel all of your pain, I check all the time to see if there is an official release date. I did it before LbFaD came out too.
