im going to be honest and say that i am geting tired of the constant schemes by episode 17 and the pairing of LHL and LBW isnt my cup of tea. idk i think he feels way too money hungry to treat LHL well. the emperor is an idiot, Prince Jiao is not much better hes quite an arse. the Royal Descendent has my heart. hes so gentle and loving and although we don't see it often when we do see it my heart flutters. i know that this is based on real events and who LHL gets together with. im just sad its not out of love. cos let me tell you if iwas in LHL place and i was getting married to HIM? i would melt. so i put this on hold im not dropping it though. Wu Jin Yan' acting, dancing is AMAZING. i can't remeber if she played the instrument, that may have been a audio cover. but her dance to the court in early episodes was the most BEAUTIFUL event ive seen so far. <3
this series pissed me off in ways i never thought possible. Khai's constant mistreatment of third just sent me off the rails. poor third and his broken heart. he never seemed to smile when he was with khai and that really made me hope he just moves on for good. like why are you chasing after an arse and someone who makes you cry every episode. two is an A N G E L omg the best best friend on earth when third was having his problems two supported him through it but when two was going through problems he didnt want to dump that on his friends who were already going through a hard time (my observation) i cant keep talking about this. im getting worked up over it and its pissing me off. but i have to say, i did enjoy it as much as i hated it.
ngl i dropped this at episode 44/45 because after a while the amount of scheming overwhelmed me. I noticed aas the series went on Jinmi stopped smiling. it really got too me. but continued and finished it today. i really liked it. the ending ong Upwards to the Moon gives me CHILLS omg i cant stop listening to it.
my first BL with Gay relationship and kissing (my first bl was the untamed but there was no romance) set the standard for all the BL i watched. loved the consent between gene and nibsib. the chemistry was WONDERFUL. the story was interesting-ish but better than most. the male leads are so attractive and their acting was great. loved the straight relationship they were cute. aoey's crying scene made me laugh and his story line was confusing. but the actor did a good job. it shows the unfortunate truth about the BL industry and the StanTwitter-esque fans. this is superior to most BL.
First part (before they got together) it was GREAT. the chemistry was there and it was very cute but as they got together it felt like i was watching friends live together that had some LGBT moments but that was it. even The Untamed had more gay love that this did. when the band won that thing. S and T didnt kiss they just hugged like friends. Tine is the most prettiest bl main ive seen since Go Yoo Han from colour rush like damn.
i absolutely LOVED the fact that she was dating the Ghost lord. they were beautiful together and i was really rooting for them. but then he cheated. and i like the idea of the ex still pining for the main lead but the main lead has moved on becuase its progress.
Hold on. she was from the modern world???? WHAT? why wasn't that explained?? i guessed it from some language she was using but other than that she didn't seem to give off any indication she was from another world. Her memory loss and being told she doesn't belong just came off as her amnesia. damn
after seeing these reviews i am not gonna watch this. not because they told me too. but becuase season 1 was already a headfuck and i got through it becuase of Tharn's smile and his chemistry with Type but i swear it could only last so long.
