I needed this to be sooooo cheesy romance, but I guess it wasn't enough cheese for me. I couldn't care less about…
I tried to love it so hard✌️its an adaptation to a webtoon, but I kept comparing it to You are my destiny 2014. Maybe why I couldn’t like it as much as i really really wanted to
I needed this to be sooooo cheesy romance, but I guess it wasn't enough cheese for me. I couldn't care less about the trauma side plot, its so generic but then again this is an adaptation. It got caught up in office romance halfway and most of the sideplot is undercooked. You can not squeeze 80+ chapters all in 12 episodes, but in hindsight it made me want to read the webtoon.
The sister-in-law killed it acting wise just suffered from very poor scripts. Ugh I wish the main love story was more cheesy. It got depressing for what? mehhhhhh. The drama didn't even utilize the baby plot to its full potential. I feel robbed because it had potential because it was good from the first 2 episodes.
Overall generic office plot, and if thats your thing then watch it. But for me, I have watched my fair share of said genre and I only watched for Choi Jin Hyuk.
It got and made sense better towards the end. Despite my rating, the message of this show was a lot more than what the earlier episodes let on. I think it was an important takeaway. It wasn’t my cup of tea though 😮💨
I have not read the manhwa at all. I’m only here for Choi Jin Hyuk and Oh Yeon Seo. The plot also reminds me of “Fated to Love You” 2014, so here I am. First impression, I had a few giggle. Hopefully, I’ll like it more and more in the next episodes.
To those who have watched this before from when they were young, I suggest you to not watch it again😂 You will not enjoy this like you did for the first time. Don’t ruin a good memory and leave it as it is! If otherwise, I hope that you do enjoy it the 2nd time ❤️
Its a 10 for me. This is my first watch and my oldest watch next to stairway to heaven and other classic dramas. I am a big fan of heavy melodramas like this BUT you have to be a masochist to get through the end. The OST is perfect and this is true makjang. Considering this was in 2002, I didn’t mind much of the technicalities. It did well for its time and aged well. It is definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. Its slow, painful, and bittersweet ❤️
I honestly wish they could've brought back the part where they have a separate jail for those criminals like they…
This!! season 1 will always be top-tier. Awesome dark-comedy and it was a high stake season with overwhelming plots as the rainbow team gets chased by the police. I loved how morally gray, dark, and sinister it was. This season was a bit underwhelming honestly. We domt get to see how some villains resolve to their end. They either just die or they leave the scenes vaguely.
My favorite case is the one at the Island and the one that involved the yakuza. I like this kdrama better when it’s dark and when the team is at high risk. For many villains, how they came to their end were vague IMO. Hopefully, if season 4 ever drops, they don’t push the romance thingy 😭
This is all my opinion. I enjoyed this entire season still❤️
I just started the series, I'm still on Ep2.Why does Japanese police speaks in English? Is that a common thing…
the interpol was involved, a large international criminal police organization, connecting 100+ countries to fight agaimst global criminal offenses against people. in this case, a Taiwanese agent (i think, i forgot im on ep6 already 😆) is the representative of the interpol to issue an investigation on the missing girl cases across asia. He cant speak japanese, and had to speak english hence why the Japanese police spoke in English
Kim Min Ha!! Recently finished Red Sleeve (a redemption drama for lee jun ho for me because king the land wasnt to my taste) gonna check it out tonight
Plot sounds like:So I Married In Anti-FanThe Greatest LoveI liked both, so looking forward!
Speaking off! I’m currently on the last episode of The Greatest Love! This one is written by Miss Day & Night from last year as well. Both these dramas were enjoyable. Definitely will be seeing this~

I think as a standalone kdrama, it’s good. Its just completely unfair to the webtoon fans to get their favorite butchered so baddd
Solid 4 stars on this one.
