this made me so so happy, I adore Jessi and Jaesuk and their bond, it's sweet that Jessi thinks of him as her second father figure. I think the entire cast got along so well and it was heartwarming to see their bonds blossom as the show progressed. I hope there is a season 2 with the same cast.

I genuinely don't think this is the case. Not all asians are pale. If you look at Jessi from years ago she's ALWAYS had tanned skin. And saying "Her surgeries also show that" what on earth are you trying to say here? Not all asians look&talk the same. She's not afraid to speak her mind and for that you think she's trying to be black because she's not going into the asian stereotype category?
she was amazing in It's Okay Not To Be Okay!! I love the fact that in Dr. Romantic 2 she is a nurse and in It's Okay Not To Be Okay she's a patient think that's pretty cool.
