this was surprisingly good. I don't usually expect much from the second parts, but this was better than the first movie in some ways: better plot, better storyline, and better scares.

I'd prefer the touching stories rather than the same old gangster thing or the cheap and tiring comedy. "Hope", "Man from Nowhere" and "Silenced" are some must-watch movies

it was just fine, not mind-blowing. the stories were good, but there was barely any horror factor

it is so suffocating you will want to stop watching, but it leaves you wanting more in the end. it's a good movie, but keep your expectations low - it is a 40-min movie at the end of the day

must've added bd by mistake, but you are right. as for «Shoplifters», I don't recall any particular scene that might trigger people as the child abuse is indeed mentioned but not really that explicit, or at least compared to other movies within this list; I added it now, though, after reading your thoughts. this drama was very beautiful and touching, every episode was breathtaking. despite how intense it could get sometimes, it left me asking for more! definitely an essential drama

there is no word to describe how intense this drama can be. however, it was so good with insane cliffhangers that will make you watch the entire nine episodes in one sit. what can I say? It's a classic!

"My Family" won drama of the year and best screenplay from the 112th The Television Drama Academy Award!! Among other categories, Ninomiya Kazunari won best actor and Hamada Gaku won best supporting actor!!

it's good if you ignore the fact that the lead man is having a relationship with a 16-year-old student. the plot wasn't the best thing because there were things constantly coming and going but the acting was on point and how the disease impacts the person's life in such a conservative environment was also well done
