yes, she should have dominated that bully girl from school and forced herself upon her, making her fall in love. Then switch genres slightly and turn into school beat them up where every girl defeated is added into harem. Then send her zombie minion gf to scry the city for her father's killer, and beat up some more women to increase the army numbers. Then get a tank and drive it around waving a boxing glove around
"Drive me closer so I can punch them with my glove!" "Yes madam dominatrix!"
I don't why people hate mostly on the fl like every single time like I watch different drama of different actress…
personally, I don't like her plastic face and rather poor acting skills, but it's not a deal breaker tbh. I just don't like the character she plays in this particular drama, she played a much better character in Signal
so you watch a story about bullying, and then you complain that characters are deplorable? What? what were they…
Isn't this every fiction ever tho? I don't know of any movie, based on real events or not, that wouldn't dramatize events to achieve emotional reaction in the audience. If anything, movies based on tragic real events are most "guilty" of it(ex: every film about holocaust). This drama wasn't based directly on any real events, but was heavily inspired by two similar cases that happened in 2014, same year this drama takes place in.
I for once am glad I was born a girl and don't have to serve in the military.
no one has to serve in the military, there are many ways to avoid military service, you can change gender, you can get a criminal record, you can get a mental illness diagnosis or start doing drugs, you can even straight out refuse and what are they gonna do? that's part of the theme of this show as well. they didn't have to keep up with the bullying either, they could fight back but they didn't, they held it in until they snapped.
Episodes 5 and 6 sent this show into the gutter for me. Completely farcical writing, utterly deplorable characterisations.
so you watch a story about bullying, and then you complain that characters are deplorable? What? what were they supposed to be portrayed as, nice people?
I'm on episode 4 and one question keeps coming back to me. Is it really that serious what happens during military…
I had a friend who served compulsory draft time in korean military, and he didn't tell me about anything of the sort happening during his term. Also, they had a military doctor and they would even prescribe him psychiatric medication for his stress disorder while he was serving.
In the end, because of his mental issues, he was deemed unfit to serve and discharged early.
I don't doubt that a lot of bad shit happens in korean military, like in every military, especially where compulsory conscription is a thing. If there weren't such issues, this drama wouldn't have been made. At the same time, I think it's a stretch to say all korean soldiers experience this kinda shit.
