krissy

haha! true

I think Zhuang Xu wanted to believe Nu Xi Guang purposefully sabotaged Ye Rong. It's why he's such a hater, so quick to put her down and call her lazy. She's actually a nice, likeable person who's just not super ambitious, but he needs to drag her down so he can feel superior. If she couldn't prove her innocence, he might have been more likely to ask her out, as long as she begged for forgiveness.

her little brother/cousin?! is a cutey patootie

Episode 1, 14:00, already the 2ML is a see you next Tuesday. I'm going to brace myself.

damn, i long to see her at 100% battery

Do we get to see Ming Yi kicking butt later? I don't want to know when/how/where, I just want to know if we see her become very powerful again? I'm only on like ep 5.

I have a spoilery question...

it's a tough life for c-drama fans who can't speak Chinese, the video quality is noticeably better on Netflix but usually like the subs on Viki

does anyone know if the subtitles are better (in English) on Viki or Netflix?

are english subs on there? no subs yet on kisskh

In the first 10 eps, she's giving Stepford/Uncanny Valley vibes, whilst he's so NPC coded. I hope that's the whole point, and everything becomes more natural/gets fleshed out after the lies are exposed.

i'm on episode 10, i just know i'm going to be stressed for the next 3 hours

Trying to resist watching more until there are more episodes... what is everyone watching to destress from the SFL?

thanks! looking forward to watching, just waiting for more episodes to air on Viki.

Do the main leads do their own voice work in this? I know WC rarely does it, and ZLS usually does.

Feedback seems a bit mixed. If I skip the bro and sfl, will it be more enjoyable?

Is this romance-free and mainly focused on work? I enjoy non-romance dramas from time to time, but I like them more when I have the right expectations before watching.

is this a tragedy?

Does this mean Song Zu Er isn't blacklisted anymore? Sometimes, actors seem to be cast into the ether when they are cancelled, and other times, completed projects eventually get broadcast, but they stop being cast in anything new. Seems very rare for actors to have a complete comeback, although it does happen.

ok that makes sense, I had to go back and look at ALP cast list as I always forget character names even though I've seen it twice haha. Thanks for the details, that was super helpful. I will read the thread after I've watched the show to avoid spoilers :)
