I might be wrong but I think Yingmis issue with your recommendation is that both dramas don't have enough similarities. I mean, chemistry and BL/bromance seems like the only common things. Maybe for Yingmi (as well as for me) it is only plausible to recommend one drama if the genre and some plot aspects match. Killer and Healer have 1 major difference in setting wich as you already mentioned one is Republican Era and the other one is a Fantasy world.
I heared its pretty good but I never expected it to be THAT good! Hands down best K-BL ever made so far! The chemistry! The directing! The Music! I'll be honest my first impression was meh. Jang Jae Young was such an annoying, childish guy but he became such a nice and mature person. He treated Sangwoo just right imo. He gave him space when Sangwoo asked for it and he also gave him advice on his feelings without seeking advantage for himself. Sangwoo was a cute tsundere, the way I like them^^ (I wish the acting were better tho but it was ok) The plot was so basic and all the supporting characters were typical too but it was just very well made, didn't feel annoying or boring even if many things were predictable. But there were also may things around the main couple that were very surprising. I got shocked a lot, in a good way
