Interesting to read your feeings about the main character. I agree that I also was kinda disappointed Ja Yoon was so over powered and the villian at the end but I still liked how the movie turned out overall. Probably because I havent seen as many 'mutant abillities' movies as you did. I also see that you are comparing this to Logan X-23 wich I also didnt watch yet but I can imagine that it is probably way better :D I kinda liked the feel of 'Witch' but at the end this whole movie just felt like a little prolog to a bigger story and with the open end I felt like there is so much more they would tell us about her and then it could be better, when thered be a second or third movie.

Disappointed that they choose an actor who doesnt look younger than the female lead, he even looks older and I cant imagine him being a student. This was a very important plot point since the male lead had a “younger” mindset where he takes things straight forward without overthinking. But I liked the teaser and the actress caught my Interest so i will give this a try and judge it as a standalone rather than directly comparing to original.

Yes he faked his death and went to the place they talked about where they want to live. Now they are waiting for an opportunity to meet each other again.

Hey yes episode 10 they are ´visiting´ his grandmother who is in a zombie state, in episode 15 they are actually talking about his real mother who was a lover to this general who also is his real father. about the soup he ate... it was made out of his nanny who since his mother died was like a mother to him and who actually raised him.
