I just finished!! I'm so sad it's over! I'm going to miss the trio the most! Loved everything about this drama. I'm not a big wuxia person so I didn't think I would enjoy anything more than The Blood of Youth but this one ranks higher for me! I even started rewatching before it ended!
Jing Muhan and his servant is persistently annoying. Like wouldn't stop and doesn't listen, just outright annoying and revengeful. I don't think I can handle another 15 episodes with him. Please make him go away soon.
I've watched all 8 eps and I am enjoying this so far! Story is moving along. I'm enjoying the mini cases they solve along the way. And loving the trio interactions! I just hope the story doesn't go downhill like it did in Heroes.
Just finished EP 1. Can someone clarify something?
The master said if they meet again, she will be his calamity and he had to kill her. Why? Is it because of the flower? I guess I'm just not content with the explanation and maybe I missed some deeper details.

That would make sense with FL making ML study hard and being prepared for the future. His parents somewhat foreshadowed it and being related to royalty is never simple, especially when they originally wanted to marry a princess to him.
I watched this for Bai Jingting! I've seen Song Yi's other dramas but I wasn't too gung ho about her but after EP 4, they made her character headstrong so she started to grow on me. Since EP 4, you can see the lead couple slowly start to grow on each other and begin to help each other out. I enjoyed ML's parents. They're the rich but down-to-earth, quirky family and I loved their interactions. So far, so good! Hope the drama stays it's course.
Also, I've seen BJT in serious roles before. This is my first time seeing him in a non-serious role and I love him playing the rich, spoiled brat with a heart of gold. His microexpressions and his whining is so cute to watch!
