I didn't watch PA but did read the summary. Can someone explain what Zhuge Yu did for Chu Qiao go back to his side? Was there any revelation to his actions that made her realize he wasn't the ultimate bad guy after all?

Finished! Gave it a 10!!!! I wished the modern part at the end was a bit longer and was hoping to see them run into some familiar faces in the modern world.

Dont know if this has been asked but since ml and FL know they are transmigrator, they don't seem worried about making it back home to the modern world. Unless their aim is to survive this story and that is their key to make it back? Maybe I missed the conversation.

I finally finished and overall enjoyed S2. Was it different than S1? Of course. The investigations were more rooted in politics and palace schemes. Both leads and supported leads are smart and strong as always. Could the story have been better? Maybe. But I enjoyed the story despite the cliched political intrigue and the rival country and their intern conflicts. While it would've been nice to see kids in the future, this couple maybe be different from other couples and be more career-driven and patriotic-focused. They are both set on serving Great Tang so maybe they will be the few couples that aren't family-oriented. Anyhow, I do not regret watching this!

I don't remember fl brother from season one but was he this overly annoying and caring? He seems so sus to me.

Can someone tell me what's the deal with FL's brother? Why is he annoyingly protective? I think he was also annoying in S1.

I thought the sister looked old too, like oddly old. The last arc wasn't needed. They just want to show us a crazier family I guess.

The whole time we thought the Rong family was strict, controlling and crazy and then the Xue family comes and say, "hold my beer".

I finished! I enjoyed the story. It was engaging the whole time and I felt the story was well written. I don't normally watch modern dramas as I'm more into historical costume dramas but every now and then one would catch my eye. This isn't my typical type of drama but I don't regret watching it!

I just finished EP 17 and it's so good! I think what's makes this drama engaging is like every 2-3 episodes, there's a plot within a plot and you're waiting to see who gets taken down next! They started off with so many characters and now you're just waiting to see how the next bad guy gets what's coming to them!

Finished! Not a bad drama. Story moves fast and was engaging. Wang Xingyue look so good in uniform. No annoying characters or anything.

Lots of misunderstandings in the beginning but they do eventually get over it by ep 20 and the story moves fast!

FL is slowly starting to learn that life isn't just black and white and that ML truly loves her. I need them to hurry up and get over this hump and start working together to take down the villains!

All I can say is glad they finally got rid of the Black Fox once and for all! Don't think I can watch another series of ppl trying to get rid of her. Just like LIP, sacrifices were made. Wished Rumu and Dragon girl didn't die and wished we got to see them in a second life, even if it's just a glimpse. ML and FL love story was meh. I'm okay with Cheng Yi not having a love interest in any of his future dramas. After Lotus, it's the bro crew for him! Finally can wrap up this series.
