Great article !! I loved that you've mentioned so many great dramas, also the diversity of genres and the qualities of jdramas!!
I think Jdramas really excels in slice-of-drama (tbh, I don't think I've cried as hard as when I watched Jdramas) and exploring bonds of all nature but also tackling difficult subjects (like for example sexism in Mondai no Aru Restaurant) very well.
Also, they are so much amazing detective, mysteries and thrillers jdramas, especially those produced by WOWOW !!
Agreeing with you for both S -Saigo no Keikan (didn't think I would like it, the main character is a bit annoying but the other characters were more interesting especially Ayano Go) and MOZU (didn't see the point of having a second season tbh they should have made a longer 1st season and brush up some points but I still really liked it,especially Ikematsu Sosuke who was great!). I still need to watch Miyamoto Musashi!

I see you've finished Shinya Shokudo, I hope you'll also like season 2.
Just love this drama so freaking much, I think I'll watch the last 5 episodes in one go.

well, I've finished the Japanese drama 'dinner' so I'm going to start another soon, probably Bloody Monday (also a Japanese drama). I'm in my Japanese phase for the moment. :3
