The writing is so bad, because apparently they have been together for two years, without having a single conversation. I really dislike these characters so much, one has made insecurity his entire personality, and the other has made secrecy his. Just break up already, and make everyone happier.

Well I'm not really sure yet what the point of him being Thai is either. I mean, is the character actually Thai and just dubbed for the sake of Chinese viewers? And if so, why does people still mostly understand him? None of it really makes any logical sense, no matter if he speaks Thai or Chinese. It's all pretty confusing 😆

I think you misunderstood me, I'm not agreeing that it would more natural, quite the opposite actually. I think the character should just speak the same language as everyone else.

I don't know about that. With the other mixed language pairings I've seen it was just weird and out of place how everyone magicallyknew each other'slanguages. The dubbing may be a little weird, but it's not like the dubbing of the other characters feels any more natural to me.

I guess I just find the two exes so obvious and a bit pathetic in their attempts, that they wouldn't make me feel insecure and threatened, especially if my boyfriend was so obviously in love with me 😂 And I wouldn't mind Miyata being insecure, if it wasn't taking over his entire personality.

Oh 100% Iwanaga could be doing a better job, but I still think Miyata should be focusing on the actual issues there are in their relationship (like who the f arranges for someone to live in a new place without discussing it first?!). I really don't get what Miyata's problem with all the exes are, but apparently that's just me. I would personally be much more worried if all the exes I met were talking smack about my boyfriend instead of still being on friendly terms. I just think Miyata needs to grow up and start voicing his problems. He can't expect Iwanaga to be a mind reader.

I absolutely think we can. Iwanaga should be allowed to have past relationships, without Miyata being this insecure and comparing himself to every former lover. Instead of having faith in his relationship and realizing that Iwanaga loves him for who he is and not his abilities at work, Miyata is just actively bringing himself down.
