For me yes. Broker story is like TTJ in modern drama, a heart breaking story for ZZZ (LYX character). FL is much much better than L2L in acting. What disappointing abt this drama is the producer cut the ML/FL parts to give ways to their own supporting artist and they took so much time in the drama for absolutely stupid no story screen time. I say, watch it for the Main Story and FF the 2nd couple, it does not affect Main story AT ALL.

All the villains acting here are phenomenal and LYX of course as well.
I cried more in broker than TTEOTM, I was in grief for a long time...

LYX is perfect for this type of antagonist role. This was filmed in 2019 and his acting already excellent.

Now Costume explosion must be compared wt TTEOTM, Acting Skill will be compared, CGI is compared, Setting, Costumes etc....Not to mentioned 5 yrs later video creator is still using TTJ to make their own videos. They way Runyu is being used over and over again by video creator that will keep this drama alive.

It is v risky to divide it into 2 parts, glad TTEOTM did not do it. With so many antis/other platform, artist agencies trying to bring this record-breaking drama down and now gov new regulations, we might stop at dream arch and never see the rest. For the producer + Youku: This is a 400M Rmb investment, Youku most exp project to date. The last thing they want is to have this stop in the middle. TTEOTM had tons of issued bfr airing and they don’t want to take a chance. Yes, it is MUCH MUCH better if we have another 10 eps, but we are absolutely happy this air safely.
