Imo LYX mostly plays flawed characters, from ST, LB, LZL especially the International spy, thief, hit men ZZZ, the upcoming CWN and TTJ is even more flawed, he starts as an Evil Demon King....I feel that he always chooses flawed, tragic, sad character with full development arch....
I wonder what kind of backlash he will get for TTJ role. Seems pp like super Hero characters....For me I prefer grey character they are much more interesting to tell a story....and one that needing a good acting skill

At this moment yes. But we also know they are not always strict to what are banned, that's why people still hold on hopes that someday hyx can air...Next year is because they hope after this CCP meeting and C president power is affirmed then they will not ban so many things....But who know what he is really thinking...No one knows the answer here....

These companies certainly want to air these. It is CCP that doesn't allow any BL novel adaptation drama to air......even if HYX already passed censorship.

I think it is the intention of LCR to show flaws characters....like we really have no perfect characters to begin with....which is rare in C drama...Usually we have perfect Leads or Perfect supporting character.
A little bts from an extra: At one of my fav scenes of LB after the Mudslide kiss, he went to find ZY with that happy puppy face….
The curtain fell down it was a REAL accident, LYX not LB here directly covered WQ not ZY with his body, and both continue act as if nothing happened …The Director can’t stop laughing, They re-shot the scenes but at the end Director chose to use the footage where the LYX protected WQ.

Can't find Youku app fr Tv box. I still hv youku vip on ipad and was able to screen mirror to my TV. Resolution is good, but subs is small. Have to concentrate to read. But watching it on ipad is a mess....it keeps flipping I can't control it. I was able to watch Story of Xing Fu on ipad but exp was not good....Youku said it is developing apps now.
