Yeah....Chinese believes in Luck, your face, hand ear can tell if u r lucky person or not. LYX does n't hv that quality in him, his ear, hand, face are not the lucky ones. That's why I appreciate him more cause what he has now and what he paid to get trough it really through strength and sweats alone.

If u r wt big agency, they tell u what to film. Like BL has no voice, YZ choses 4 her, she is not famous enough or can carry drama by herself so she follows her boss choice. But XK (sm agency) is famous enough, he has more say if he does not want to take drama YZ tells him to take. Wt LYX, v difficult to get good drama wt good production comes to him, but he is free to take whatever he wants and refusing all VS that come to him. Career wise LYX is more difficult to raise to higher popularity, he unlikely to spend $ himself for mkt. Without it u need big luck like ZYL . LYX does not seems to hv v good luck in his career.

Most of his fans bet (me too). Lyx will stay but wt diff contracts, or he might buy the agency ZCTX. He is the source of $ anyway. But his contract wt Lanfeng is already finish. (he has 2 agencies). LYX seems to cherish pp who work close wt him even if they are not good enough. But he should cherish his freedom above all wt small agency he is the king there. No one tell him what to do, what script he should take.

Yeah, Often s u get a diff. illusion here who is popular, which film really good etc cause of mkt brainwash. But reality is different. Ex; L2L result was not good, abt 300M views by end of the eps airing (L2L unlucky, not only CX but producer comp in the middle of selling the comp so did not spend $ on mkt at all). It was lyx fans who paid for billboard etc for L2L. One&Only seems exploded, bought 1000+ trending weibo , ML+FL fr fam. agencies (Huanyu+Huanrui Both kings of mkt ) , but ended with the same views as L2L by end of eps. So they lost $. But 1&O got much more good mkt and when pp got brainwash they believe it is really good. Same case with LYX vs RJL or also TSY vs BL. $ buys you popularity and awards in China. Why Runyu not getting any awards?? If LYx is Huanrui/Huanyu artist Runyu already won tons of acting awards. This is the reality of C ent.

WQ is not famous internationally but she is quite famous in China. Sha had a career set back during her marriage. But her agency is super good, Huace (LCR producer) whom produced many classic dramas, so she is safe and will always get pretty good projects.

haha..yes but he has too many fans who spent tons of time for him producing professional level painting and video output EVERYDAY. Also his fans in Thailand who is getting him Big Billboard screen in the heart of Bangkok iconic shopping district for his B day, so this is really nothing....

Yeah, I hope Lyx can work with better director next time. But perhaps we are going to get good fight scenes here. Huanyu is the art team, I hope that only for some prop, doesn't involved in filter. I can't stand Huanyu filter

Perhaps u feel so internationally, But TSY recognition in China is far above BL/Lusi etc. Not Reba/YM position but she should be closer to YZ. She does not mkt herself a lot esp comp to BL/Lusi, but she no longer traffic actress and that means she is there to stay. So don't feel bad TSY position in C ent is good. She also can carry drama without needing famous ML. Internationally things abt her is quiet, but that cause she does not hype, she does not need it. She has good reputation already...

On him being slim, he is born with super-fast metabolism. He was prof Ballet dancer but he no longer trains every day so he lost that ballet muscle. He still does push up every day religiously. His body is full muscle compares to normal people. Don’t worry, he is very heathy, just some pp born slim and remain slim no matter how much he eats. Lyx eats a lot in real live. His partner actresses usually complained abt how much Leo keeps eating and nibbling on food props on the set without gaining weight haha…

But if you see his Picts after HYX filming yes he looks really tired, HYX really took a toll on him, cause it is full of fight scenes and he does not like stand in.

I started “Ruyi Love in the Royal Palace” and got hooked that I even put ADOS on hold…FL: Zhou xun is beyond amazing, now I know why she became a movie queen no longer tv drama queen. Her actor aura is really strong, I’ve not seen that presence for long time in C drama. Her acting is really good also original voice too. This one has many fam. actress, Li Qin, Tong Yao, Wu Jian, Zhang Yu Xi as support actress. An old drama but v well done. I feel the older drama 4-5 yrs ago is better then today drama, just like GBMP.

Long story: LYX signed with music agency whom then sold his filming right to another small agency. So for 8 yrs he gets only 10-15% his fees & the rest divided into his 2 agencies. Both useless never got him good project or good ML. Not until Runyu in AOL he got good ML projects. Insider said: LYX way to fame is unlikely to be repeated. Cause he is just really talented. 98% of the actor/actress that are famous/raising in C Drama come fr Strong agency. Means they hv $ to produce their own dramas, install their artists to be ML/FL. Or invest $ in drama to get their artists to be ML/FL. LYX fame is considered a miracle in C industry, relying only on himself alone and 2 broken agency with him as the only actor and the cash-cow.
