From the beginning he had feelings and has never changed, he isn't forceful with his feelings and he is honestly one of the best written characters I have seen for a while when it comes to unrequited love. Just hope or becomes reciprocated
He's always respectful even when being turned down which is rare in any drama so it would be good to see them grow closer as friends and eventually a couple.

Their scenes together are like emotional relief. Only on episode 25 but can tell they like one another which is good. Haters to lovers is always fun to watch.
Also hope Su Zhi Zhou has a love interest. Guessing it'll be the new girl at xingcheng who only really interacts with him or just staring at him.

LiLi should break up with him and find someone who would be open to her about everything and be able to go public with one another. Eg meeting families which current boyfriend has rejected

Maybe. They are both good looking people so it wouldn't be too bad for them to be together. From my perspective it just seems that LiLi and SZZ are well suited as they're opposites and from the scenes they have together they click well.
Could be reading too much into but in a previous episode when SZZ was drunk LiLi said they she was in a 'stable relationship' but she has to persuade her BF to do the most simplest of things together. He's only just met her friends.
LiLi's BF also doesn't seem to have any interest in meeting her family or vice versa. Whereas I think SZZ would be all love things like this.

Shes always so serious and even though I don't think Su Zhi Zhou is always serious he definitely knows when to be serious and how to help someone who required help as well as be someone she could lean on. Whenever Li Li and her current boyfriend get screen time she's always angry or frustrated about his words and actions.
Her mother most likely wouldn't get along with her current boyfriend and family as she's toxic and they're rich and snobby. Where as Su Zhou Zhous family are rich but also humane. Haven't met Su family yet but they seem kinder all round.

Where as LiLi's boyfriend is just annoying. Secretive, rude and disrespectful to their relationship.
Never read the book myself but most have by the looks of it so it's hard to avoid spoilers.
Just hope the sweet and likeable character Su Zhi Zhou can be happy and he's the most likeable for me
