Second lead syndrome is so silly. Song Jae Rim's character has done nothing for her except creepily stalk her…
Exactly my thoughts. I also thought what he's doing is pretty much stalking. We learned in episode 8 that it was not a coincidence but he moved into her house on purpose. That really creeps me out. I don't get how some people still ship them. Imagine that would happen to you in real life that your new neighbor who you don't know has actually known you for a long time and moved there because he wanted to be close to you. I doubt anyone would find that romantic.
They should just have left his character out. He wasn't necessary at all imo. The mysophobia and other things already create enough conflict to keep the story going. No need for a second lead to get in between as well. I don't get the love triangle trend anyway but almost every drama has a second lead who is in love with the main lead. I really don't get why. I haven't enjoyed watching a love triangle even once. I celebrate every rare drama that doesn't have one.
everyone was complaining about the age gap between kim yoo jung and yoon gyun sang saying it's gross and creepy…
Exactly. The story line between Gil Oh Sol and Choi Gun is a little bit creepy. Also that he moved into her house on purpose. I don't find that romantic. He seems more like a stalker.
Thank you for the article and for pointing out all the tiny details that make this drama really stand out! I This and Children of Nobody (totally different genre so I can't and don't want to compare) are my favorite airing dramas. Rom-com is still my favorite genre and there weren't many lately but Clean With Passion For Now is really amazing and makes up for the lack. I love all the cast. Their acting is amazing! Especially Yoon Gyun Sang! He does such an awesome job. Thank you for showing all the details with your article and how much thought he put in his role. I hope more people will see this now and recognize him. He is one of the most promising actors in his age range imo and I can totally see him reach the level of Ji Sung or Jo Jung Suk in 10 years.
I'm happy that I started this drama while it's airing. It's not for binge wachting imo. It's so fun to watch two episodes and then guess all week what's going on.
I just thought of another possibility. What if Woo Kyung is not Woo Kyung? I mean it's possible that the little girl is still her and she took on Woo Kyung's identity for some reason and the Woo Kyung in the photos is the real Woo Kyung. Maybe the real Woo Kyung died and the parents adopted the now Woo Kyung because they missed their child. But then she was bullied because she was not the real deal. But this is probably a little far fetched haha.
What if the little girl (whoever she is) put on Woo Kyung's dress and Woo Kyung was unhappy because it was her dress? I somehow also felt that it was not an adult but a bigger child who pushed her so it could have been Woo Kyung. And then an adult (could be Woo Kyung's real mom) joined and bullied the little girl. Maybe she was severely injured or died and Woo Kyung put the blame on herself because she started it so to say. The little girl first appeared before her when she killed a child. So maybe it reminded her that she already killed one before. My theory is probably totally wrong because the drama always gives us hints and leads us in one direction just to destroy that possibility and lead us into another direction again haha. But I love to guess. I don't think anymore that Woo Kyung could have been abused by the stepmom. An abusive stepmom probably wouldn't take care of a vegetative patient and even look after the grandchild. The little girl could of course be the little sister but I somehow don't think so. It would be too easy and she should be in the family photos then. But I still believe that Woo Kyung's sister only pretends to be vegetative and is related to the deaths. And that little boy whose sister died definitely plays a key role. They showed him again in the last episodes. But I have no idea what could be the deal with him. I am also wondering if there is not only one person behind the deaths but a whole organization.

I thought things were a lot clearer yesterday but after watching today's episodes it feels like we're back to zero. Really can't guess what's going on. This drama surprises me all the time.
Wow, What an awesome start! I was curious about this drama because I read the lead actor was so immersed in his character that it affected his health. I haven't seen the whole drama yet but his performance so far is indeed stellar. I hope he recovered enough to be able to attend the year end awards. He totally needs to get a top excellence award!
Loving this show but the leading lady is pretty expressionless. What’s up with that
She is one of the best Korean actresses imo and I find her performance in this drama stellar. How far did you watch? What you probably mean by expressionless is on purpose and you will find out why with time. The male lead is even talking about it in a later episode.
so..... save me, the guest etc. can i put this one in the same category. like an eye catcher?? cuz both trailers…
I haven't seen those so I don't know if they have anything in common. Probably not because I have never seen anything like this before. But this drama is so awesome you really need to watch this!
After watching the new episodes today I'm pretty sure that it's the sister and she only pretends to be vegetative. They say she didn't have any injuries after the accident. And Woo Kyung always talks what's on her mind when she's with her sister. That also explains how she could know everything. I think they were both abused as children since it is now revealed that Woo Kyung is the little girl in the green dress. Woo Kyung forgot about it because she couldn't bear it and the sister is now doing revenge for all the abused. But there are still a lot of episodes left so I'm curious what will all happen and if there are still turns. And there are still a lot of mysteries. Now that it's revealed that the little girl is coming from her subconscious and it's nothing supernatural how did Woo Kyung know to go where the dead woman was? And something about Lee Eun Ho still doesn't feel right but I can't name what it is. Also the little boy who received counceling and says that his sister died. And then there is still Jeon Soo Young. They showed that she has a violent side and that she has nobody around her when she was drunk. They wouldn't have shown us all that without a reason. There must be more behind it. I wonder if she was also a neglected child. I expect they will show us more about her story in the coming episodes as well. I'd also like to learn more about Kang Ji Heon. We don't know anything about him other that he couldn't let go of his ex so far. I hope they will show us more of his background as well. Otherwise his character would be a little bland. But we're not even at half of the drama. So I really hope there will be more about him as well.
