i went searching for information about this and it appears to be tied to an idol group that had an omegaverse concept and they aired this movie at their fanmeet/concert on june 9th 2023 and then screened on two dates (8th & 10th of december, 2023) at a small film festival. i doubt we'll ever see this one, the actors from the movie seem to have moved on to posting about bandai toys on their youtube, although their twitter handles still have the 'omega_[name]' format.
