A bit less than expected but a great watch.

I'm a bit torn with how I feel about this kdrama, but it was good, not a big masterpiece, but definitely good.

The story does lack in some aspects, mostly towards the end, where it sometimes felt like they didn't know what to do with the plot, or like they were trying to keep adding unnecessary things, but if you don't think too much about what goes on, you can look past that. They do give an explanation to everything even if it might not be too satisfactory.

Overall, I enjoyed it and I would recommend it as a quick and easy watch that, despite everything, is pretty entertaining. In my opinion, it has a good balance of romance and thrilling moments, and the actors were a great choice for this story, they knew how to convey the emotions and make you feel them as well, also their chemistry is amazing, so I will say it is worth watching (and not as bad as I might made it sound).

A cute, simple rom-con

I really enjoyed watching this k-drama, it might not be for everyone, but it is a great option when you need something light and happy that will help you disconnect, or to detox after a heavier more intense story.

Even though it is really simple, with little plot or surprises, since it is pretty cliché, it is a smooth story with cute characters and some deeper stories, even if they don't dig much into them.

Overall, a good option if what you are looking for is a fluffy romance that will make you smile.

Hard to watch but worth it

This is probably one of the most traumatic series I've watched, the kind that makes you want to pause and take a break because you just can't keep watching. It is a gripping, very emotinally charged story. Also one that makes you cry nonstop. But I think this drama is a must watch.

They treat very sensitive topics such as domestic abuse, and power dynamics, in a pretty realistic way. But that is the hard part, the brutal reality. It's definitely something that will make you think and reflect.

I don't think i will rematch this drama in the near future (or far future), not because it wasn't great, but because I don't think I can get through the first episodes a second time. And before watching this, it is so important to be aware of all the triggers, there are quite a lot, and since they are serious topics, it is better the know them before you get into the story.

On a different note, the actors were incredible, they all portrayed their characters so well that it is impossible not to get into the story and empathise with them or hate them or even relate to them. It was truly an amazing drama overall. And I was pretty satisfied with how it ended.

So, to sum it up, I recommend watching this drama, but I insist on checking the triggers before doing so because of the dark themes.
