This was meh so far. After watching ep 1 and I definitely felt how similar the story is to BMF. They are even using similar scenes to Kawi and Pisaeng. Not cool. Anyway Be My Favorite is the better BL by far. Let's see if HA surprises me later. Because right now I am not feeling it. And I'm still not feeling JoongDunk's chemistry either. But I guess it will be an easy watch without too much drama. A summer show most definitely.

Yup 100% you can tell by Krist’s acting the exact moment Kawi realizes that he’s in love with Pisaeng. He knows. And I think the major reason he returns to the past is Pisaeng to fix the mess and be with him.

Really? That’s awesome. Hmmm are GMMTV keeping them as a pairing? That may be a sign…. Crossing fingers. Anyhoo I’m so happy they may release a duet both are awesome singers and it’d be great to listen to them together.

Yep. Pisaeng loves Kawi but has never really fought for him. He’s in his life just as a bystander. A lot of his pain in the future comes from his own actions. He lacks that courage yes, Kawi can give him that push he needs to a certain degree but Pisaeng also needs to take his own life into his hands. Hopefully he will now that Kawi is giving him what he needs.

yes I never really believed he was in love with her for the reasons you say.plus he never really knew her. he def confused gratitude with love. he had never been in love before so it's easy to confuse feelings. with Pisaeng it's different because contrary to Pear he's spent enough time with him to know him well, all the things he's done for Kawi, the way they balance each other out and help each other grow, they just fit. that's real love, the being in love king. good thing Kawi is starting to know how to separate the two now.

You're right. he does love her as a friend, but not romantically.

He likes him, I think that’s pretty obvious at this point. Kawi is messy so it’s gonna take him awhile to realize it although I think he’s starting to.

He’s messy lol. He doesn’t want to marry her because he doesn’t love her. Pisaeng is the one he loves but hasn’t fully realized that yet. Hence why he doesn’t or can’t let him go.

For those frustrated by Kawi’s behavior……. I think we are getting progression from him next episode. I do feel like that kiss was a turning point in their relationship. As much as I hate that Kawi drunk kissed Pisaeng again, I think this time he did it because he realized his feelings for him. The way he looked at him right before was telling imo. Anyway even if he’s still blinded, I think Pisaeng’s reaction will be an eye opener for him. Pi is not gonna react well going by the trailer and from the preview what ever comes of that kiss, Kawi will finally know that he loves Pisaeng. Hence why he holds on for dear life to him when he returns to the past and then asks him out. I don’t think it’s gonna be perfect yet but Kawi is getting there and that’s good.

He must sense that Kawi has feelings for him right? I mean that kiss was no joke but I guess he thinks it meant nothing since Kawi was drunk. If he helps Kawi be happy then he'll be happy. Sigh Pisaeng is such a mess too. Yeah I think he's fed up when he says that. i hope we see more into Pisaeng's head in the next episodes too.

I've been in Pisaeng's position when you love it's hard to let go of that person even if they are with someone else. I get it, it's not healthy but at the moment you just want to be near that person no matter what. I guess Pi has goggles on and thinks if Kawi is with Pear that's all he needs to be happy. I hope they talk about this later because Pisaeng's behavior when it comes to Pear is strange. Probaly he's just that level of selfless that he doesn't realize the consequences of being that selfless are.

I worry about how Pear will react to finding out that Kawi loves Pisaeng and not her. She got rejected by her first love, then she tries to move on with someone who seemingly adores her.... oh but wait! No he doesn't because all the time he's been sorta pursuing her, he's been falling in love with someone else. I mean that's got to sting. Even if she doesn't have those kinds of feelings for Kawi(or does she??) that's gonna be a low blow to her. And who knows if both PK will be honest with her about their feelings for each other. She deserves a good guy in the end and I hope she finds him or a happy ending regardless.

Agreed. That's one way to fix it, at least he knows who he loves now. Tho I have a feeling it's not gonna be easy yet. It's obvious that Kawi has long moved on from Pear. Even at the wedding he's more focused on Pisaeng until he learns about Not. I don't get why Pisaeng keeps pushing Pear on him maybe he thinks since Kawi "loves" her she is the best person to help him thru his dad's surgery. Or is he pushing Pear on Kawi for other motives? hmmmmm...... maybe he's scared about how a relationship will look to his mother. This is the easiest way for all 3 Kawi gets what he and Pisaeng think Kawi wants. Pisaeng stays as a friend with the one he loves without extra eyes being on him for now. And Pear gets a partner. IA about Pear her behavior was weird. But I feel for her in the future.
