true I had to drop Chong Zi because it was really boring up to ep 5. And the FL gets on my nerves. She's super annoying unlike Yetan or Qingkui. Disappointing since I really thought I would like CZ.

The women are awesome in this series.

Pretty sure this isn't BL. It's more bromance & mystery with supernatural elements.

YeTan's hijinks in the heavenly realm are freaking hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing. Interesting that young Youquin was just as mischievious as she was before his cultivation. I see why they are meant to be. They are alike but at the same time thousands of years have burned out his playful side. Tan is gonna bring it back. She's already doing it. BTW I love YQ's mother. She gets it and she's there to help. Youquin's father is just like Yetan's or worse. Shoaquin is definitely already feeling the need to protect YT because he took on her punishment himself.

Speaking of protecting someone, Qing Kui has definitely melted Chofeng's cold/mischievous heart with her kindness. He's already falling for her hard. Yeah, the princesses are exactly where they are meant to be.

I’d love that to happen to her. Someone call Mr. Popular.

So as many guessed, Jean got pregnant and had an abortion. It explains her cramps better. I’m guessing that Alex’s mother didn’t just want him to fix things with Jean but with his real father as well. Especially since I’m thinking she didn’t want him to turn out like him or wanted him to know the truth without holding a grudge. For a minute there I thought the curse actually came from his father. Looks like Alex will go back in the final episode, hopefully he can fix his mistakes.

The confrontation scene with her mother in ep 8 was so good! Kept me glued to my seat.

Not picky if I don’t want to watch something I’m not enjoying

This looks so good! I’m watching this for my Gun. Plus the supernatural elements look interesting. About the bl I don’t know if gmmtv would really pair Gun with someone other than Off in a full bl romance series. I don’t know if he would want to either. It’s good to see actors in other pairings but for me I’ll have to get used to it but we’ll see if it is or not.

Unfortunately dropped. I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. Chong Zi became too annoying for me and the story is slow imo. Maybe I'll pick it up again if I hear that it's really good.

Gosh her mother is so overbearing and nasty. I feel for He Ran. I'm only on ep 7 but I really can't stand her. Hopefully she changes later.

Oh true! Yetan is Youquin's destiny so Qing Kui wouldn't have survived. Or maybe both would have died.

Ep 21 was so intense! Especially that ending. It’s all coming together nicely.

Yep and I hope she gets what's coming to her.

Yeah a lot of Xiaxia's don't have comedy and if they do it feel forced but here it feels natural. I like it a lot. As for the father's if only there was a reason why they are all so horrible. I don't get it.

I like the main couple more too. Yes, they are the normal cookie cutter one, but they are so fun to watch! I love how Yetan throws him out of his comfort zone and makes his life a living hell basically XD. She makes him feel and I love that.

She will eventually. She's such a spitfire that it's gonna take a while to tame that fiery spirit of hers. Although I'd rather her stay as spunky once she accepts her fate haha.

ep 4 .

I love everything about this series! I'm really loving Yetan and Shoaquin. Their scenes are so cute, and they also make me laugh. Loving the chemistry so far too. + This is the enemies to lover's trope that I adore. It's a joy watching their scenes. I can't wait to watch them fall in love. As for Qing Kui and Chofang. I don't know how to feel about them just yet. They intrigue me but I feel like he'll put her in danger if it serves him. She does seem to be his weak point though so I'll see if I can like them better as the story goes on. Got to say I love the friendship between Man and Yetan. Tan seems love Man as a sister even if she mistreats her sometimes. The sister relationship is one of the best parts etc. I think there's nothing I dislike about The Starry Love everything is so good. Yetan is such a good character and so is Shaoquin. I enjoy both of them equally.
Oh wait.... yes there is something I dislike: the fathers! why are they all trash? yikes. Other than that, patiently waiting for ep 5 tomorrow. Yeah, I know I can probably find the later episodes uploaded somewhere but I'd rather watch this as it's uploaded on Youtube's Youku page. More enjoyable for me that way.
