Actually she asked him what he had forgotten which he answers: "nothing". That was the part where I interpreted the future. If she is ready and wants to go for it. There's always that chance.

Yeah she showed no real sigs of ever loving him enough to ever be with him. I think she likes someone she knows loves her enought to chase her. Everyone else gave up on her even her parents did in a moment, when they went back to her hometown. SangSu was the only one who didn't(he didn't openly fight for her like she wanted him to but he never let go either.) She likes having someone love her that much. Maybe it reminds her of her brother's love. In the end it's open to interpretation whether he let go or not. Maybe he did because he seemed at peace with himself. Because of that, I think SuYeong will let go
The open ending fit best. SY is still not ready to be in a relationship. Will she ever? Cuz she doesn't seem to be in love at all, in her case it's more the interest of love. And I think SS has finally let go of some of the baggage loving her caused him. Why did he love her? She treated him like dirt even at the end. I don't doubt she had some kind of feelings for him but I honestly don't think it was love. More like regret of not taking the bull by the horns when she had to and guilt for hurting SS and everyone else who was hurt. Therefore how it ended was perfect. For me, at least it was. I wouldn't have liked them getting together. It was alluded that maybe in the future once SY is ready to face whatever she feels then maybe they'll give it a chance. MG was the only one who had a happy ending and I'm happy for my girl. From all of them, she was the best character and had the best development too. As for SS and SY I hope some day they learn to be happy mostly with themselves than anyone else. That will be their greatest achievement.
This drama was so good I didn't want it to end. I think there will not be a third part,.. So sad...
I sorta wish there was more but at the same time it was a satisfying ending. Jang Uk and Naksu/Cho Yeung got their happy ending as did the other characters. I'm scared it will get taken away if there's a season 3.
Thanks for the AoS article! I miss it so much :(. Anyways, I'm touched at how much JaeWook loved Uk that it was easy for him to feel his character's pain. No wonder he was so awesome in that role.
LOL Wen and Kaipa fighting subtlety fighting over Jim in front of him and him being confused but getting it too. Earth's facial expressions were spot on in that scene. Li Ming needs to talk to his uncle instead of coming off as a brat. And, Heart and LM are cute(I see some TinnGun there)
Well, you can say all you want but Hara is right all the way, just because he feels jealous seeing her out at…
Exactly. I already thought he was a red flag that scene made it worse. I don't like him he acts way too clingy, possessive and even sorta controlling on a whim.
What an emotional rollercoaster this ep was. Eun Beum's case and the end of the episode was the most emotional to me. I dislike the father so much. Hara's mother while I can sorta understand why she was hesitant on the divorce I wish she would have stamped and moved on. That man isn't worth it. Looks like she learned her lesson in the end. Poor Hara having to go thru that with her family, yikes. I feel for her.
Honestly. Suyeong is too damaged to love anyone. I don't even think she loves herself. I don't feel any love from her to SS. Is there an infatuation? Yes but she doesn't act like someone in love. All her "nice, romantic" moments with him are more about her letting him go or rather pushing him away. To me that's not love. + Her sacrifice was more about her being able to achieve freedom from both the men in her life that she didn't want. Than anything protective over him. I think over time, this experience of failed love with SangSu and knowing the truth of her parents will probably help her heal and be able to have a normal relationship with someone. That person is not SangSu tho.
I might be wrong we will see tomorrow. But, that's just my interpretation of this drama.
I'm sorry but Sangsu was so pathetic and annoying this episode. Why chase after a woman who obviously doesn't want or feel the same way about him? If she wanted him she would fight for him but she never does. She pushes him away and runs away every single time. There's nothing stoppin them from being together anymore yet she still doesn't want to be with him. Sure she came up with that scheme to "protect" SangSu but watching this episode that was about her and her freedom from both JH and SS. And if she does for a act love him it's not enough to fight for him or their relationship. He needs to move on. So unless there's a bi time jump and SY finally shows that she loves SS I'll believe it. RN tho I think the end will be like the novel where all 4 walk away. Years later SS and SY get the closure they need.
have you caught his "Love Better Than Immortality"?
yeah. I usually don't like how the fl's are written in modern Cdrama, tho the fl in PL was written better. Another reason I watched XD. Agreed Wuxia and Xianxia's are the best when it comes to Chinese drama.
